No snow yet a sleigh is waiting for support of a
Smooth glide. Defeat is not enjoined, for greater

Possibilities hide in nature's prodigality. Cheer
Within frustration summons sustainment. Rather than
Snow, here is a tract of land, mapped out,
Enclosed with rails, intended for a farm and homestead.

Boundless resources and successful speculations
Are the lot of the savvy adventurer. Voila!
