Incidentally, the star ratings are not based on the sign in which the moon appears. There is nothing wrong with the moon being in Capricorn, although it is traditionally the sign of that stellar body's "detriment" (for it rules Cancer, the opposite sign to Capricorn). But other planetary aspects today do not suport a 3-star rating in my view.
It looks like a job or career-focus time. People are aware of and susceptible to power plays, or egoistic moves by others toward power. Or this could just be friendly and spine-strengthening competition.
Someone important to you cares a lot about his or her work and reputation. Communication about this could be fortifying and inspiring. Younger and older males are likely to get together to share stories about ambitions and conquests or would-be conquests. (Oh no, not the Entourage movie!)
A woman who has done serious work may share career ideas or what she has learned through experience.
Partnership could "click" in one way or another, perhaps through a serendipitous meeting.
Uncertainties about money moves require patience rather than action at present.
Letting your ego out to preen is okay if you also let others do the same and appreciate their tooting their own horns. Mutual admiration is mutually strengthening.
Hidden factors in regard to a young person or persons could be scandalous or spicy. Affectionate desires go in strange directions. They may manifest in playfulness and joking. Yet all want to preserve their dignity while believing they are accomplishing something.
There is a balance between indulgence and propriety. You can act smoothly to present a good respectable face to the world without being prim and stiff.
You are adroit in the special domain of your skills. Your mind-set and dexterity keep you achieving, in a way different from the way anyone else does.
Spiritual sympathy and goodwill are possible through all this, despite the emphasis on somewhat competitive achievement. Using good judgment leads on toward results which are almost miraculous.
