There are good lunar aspects--sextile the sun, Mercury and Mars on one side and sextile Jupiter on the other, from Luna's harmonious Libra position. Her hard aspects with the Uranus-Pluto square merely add some spice and energy, most likely. Her square with Venus (not exact during the day but present) can be attractions which go nowhere in particular but are fascinating for a while.
The squares of the three Gemini planets to Neptune in Pisces could be an overuse of alcohol, for one thing, or of a drug. Otherwise it can be intense spiritual or psychic perceptions, through meditation or otherwise. Prayer when sincere and humble tends toward spiritual development and reduces confusion.
