The continuing square of Uranus and Pluto, plus the square of the sun with Jupiter and opposition of Mercury with Saturn, can give a critical or quarrelsome trend. This was manifest on May Day in Seattle where supposed political-economic protesters merely showed their immaturity by causing pointless undefined mayhem. Mocking and taunting does no good; replacing old outworn systems requires credible new ones to take their place. People might also give in to desires which are hurting them, such as drink, drugs, overeating, jumping the gun in any way. It would be better to listen to the counsel of those who have retired from active roles into counseling ones, since their experience can point the way to betterment of what they have seen to be at fault or inadequate in the social-economic scheme. Where are they? Let's hear from them. Maybe Bernie Sanders is one.
Someone you know is large-hearted, sincere, not extremely intellectual, and likely to get himself or herself into dangerous situations by the positions he assumes. He detects when people are fraudulent or deceptive or using him, but postpones evading them until the last minute. So this can create problems or a temporary collapse of hopes. Yet he or she wants to preserve friendships and partnerships, and does this partially by displaying goods or jewelry or whatever seems magical in a way to attract people.
There are intellectual efforts to comprehend the mysterious, or philosophic-religious-spiritual truths and speculations. (Or they could be more material and technical.) This could lead to a concentration of mind so that some one path, possibility or force becomes paramount in your consciousness. Then you press on into the unknown-becoming-knowable. This could be daring and courageous, for it requires you to ignore or fend off the criticism of those who don't get it. Somehow this all plays into enjoyable material prosperity, that is, you sense a Santa Claus presence in your life providing what you need prodigally.
There is a wealth of possibilities in career expression. Yet you may feel you are waiting for the right moment, or preparing things which take a long time, while sensitive to the nuances of what you might do. When things go well, as to work and finances, you feel you are in a colorful paradise. The ideal pulls you into its rainbow artistry. Is this unreal? No, not at all, but you could drift too much, or let yourself slip into aimlessness while you contemplate what might be. All of that is real, but so is the effort leading up to its actualization, which you need not shrink from. We enter the Dark Hermetic Epoch of two months on Monday. This is a time for dreaming, as well as acting, slowly bringing dreams into reality while not insisting on the exact detailed way in which they shall manifest, because that takes surprising twists and turns.
The social side of things could be wonderful, if not every day, then repeatedly. It seems that friends come out of the woodwork. They surprise you the way they turn up. Some of them have fine sensibilities, too good for this world. So they try to do work which does justice to their super-refined instincts, whatever their field. Sometimes you and friends are just convivial and jovial, honest with each other without fear. Nothing to hide, chattering and pluming, sympathetic and spontaneous. There is an imminence of adventure all the time. Soul-satisfying experiment is fun and fun is self-discovery.
As for dangers, they have to do with forgetting your purpose or mission. A part of you knows you need to be prudent amid a lot of temptations. You need to provide against hazards, and watch your footsteps when something warns you, rather than being too impulsive to the point of recklessness. You want to be honorable. There is a lot of affection behind carefree behavior. You are like a child toddling toward something or someone you love. You may fall on the way and pick yourself up. Let not the fall be too harsh. Then you preserve your individuality while learning to manifest it more fully.
A lot is tentative, both in work and partnership or friendship. You see various options, make tentative choices, and visualize how they might come out. Things or people you can't connect with at present still yield clues about how you can develop potentials. Sometimes you may be easily content with what you already have and stick with your daily tasks. Isn't it such people who keep the world going for all of us? Other times you sense amazing potentials, and find rich reciprocity with colorful and enlivening individuals or groups who please you and whom you please. It is wonderful to be hopeful and happy among others who foster such feelings in you as you in them.
