Plodding, sobriety, and innate courage are keynotes. One starts out humbly and gains publicity. Mental brilliance (Mercury square Uranus) insists on finding correct principles or patterns one can rely upon. This might have financial applications but one also wants Truth for its own sake.
The mirror of life presents ape-like or human-like creatures trying to be (or pretending to be) angels. It is humbling to see oneself reflected in others' vanity or fallibility, but also reassuring. "We are in this together and may as well laugh at our foibles." "The gate to the garden of desire" remains in front of us if, like Dorothy, we dare open it and enter the Oz of our hopes. Strange creatures like cowardly lions and munchkins accompany us.
"Weak will but strong feelings" are said to be characteristic of "a woman seated in an attitude of grief, her clothes disordered and her hair unkempt, holding some faded flowers in her hands, among them lilies and roses." This could be the normal position of some of us during any |difficult third| segment, but this time especially because Venus is tri-septile Saturn, bi-septile Neptune and septile Uranus. This is Fatefulness in love life. It could be sadness or just realism, or a willingness to suffer along with the loved one. Yet the month of Leo the King plus Sol's trine with Mars bring us "a bright mirror in which the sun's rays are reflected." Learning and assimilating the ideas of others, plus truly original schemes, make us "shine" in the world's eyes. There can be sympathy and generosity.
