(For Trump supporters the symbol is more ominous, for they believe that Biden and Harris are naively unaware of the nature and danger of the Chinese Communist Party.) Whatever shall materialize through Kamala Harris remains to be seen. Meanwhile "two hands linked in a close grip of friendship" points to the partnership between her and Joe Biden, which no doubt shall be celebrated in the speeches of those two tonight and Thursday. "A kingly person, presenting a sceptre to one kneeling" has obvious political implications, which I leave to you to decipher or imagine. On the personal level however it could be yourself granting some favor or authority or seal of approval to someone you like, or the other way around. This is merit allied to ambition, resulting in attainment. You and someone close stand in mutual admiration.
