"Two men running a race" has been, in the news, protesters chasing police and vice versa. In our own lives it could be a sense of competition, or even of cooperation as if improving one's skills by "running" in friendly competition with someone. If this should turn to "treaties and associations of a dangerous character" it would be like "two wolves devouring a carcass in the moonlight." Being revengeful, secretive and voracious would be a trap.
A restless and active person, a shallow thinker, could get your attention as someone you need to deal with, or else just explore something with them to find out whether you can cooperate on it. Either you or this person could be like "a spider intently watching the dance of silly flies as they approach his dominion." This is perhaps a shrewd lawyer or detective, or yourself or an acquaintance. People are scrapping for their privileges but need to be law-abiding. There can be gain through clever analysis (Mercury sextile Uranus).
If this sometimes feels like "walking on the edge of a precipice" this would be normal during a Dark Hermetic Epoch (until July 26) while Venus and the sun square Mars. Being sensitive and impulsive is fine as long as one is not reckless. To welcome challenges through ingenuity is to cooperate with unusual developments. It is to participate in "the flow of inspiration" with the illimitable resources uncovered by that cascading light.
