"A storm-swept prairie" always pulls up in my memory the classic "Riders in the Storm" by The Doors.  However, this degree is said to indicate the wantonness of meaningless destruction.  Someone feels "free as the wind" but becomes rash and violent, and leaves waste and extravagance in his path.  Does that sound like what has been happening during the past week?  "To destroy where he cannot build will appear his aimless pursuit in life" says Sepharial.  Of course not all the protesters of the hideous injustice have been guilty of that, but some have indulged in it under the cover of righteous rage.  There need not necessarily be more of that today but this degree may show that many are cleaning up and recovering from it.  "A woman holding a bundle of faggots, her hair loose and disordered by the wind, wanders in search of something."  "Faggots" are used to build fires.  Many are "in search of" a better life during this pandemic and perhaps feel "impotent through vexation and trouble."  

Others may follow instead the counsel of Martin Luther King Jr. and engage in "a mountain pilgrimage" which substitutes high aspiration, and faith in G*d and man, for wanton rage.  Many responsible Afircan-American leaders have spoken in favor of such an attitude at this crisis point.  The square of the sun with Mars makes people feel "we have to do something," but going around in circles, in a perverse dance of police with protesters on a winding or crashing staircase, is not "doing" much but rather undoing.  The "mountain pilgrimage" Dr. King envisioned in his famous speech, requiring perseverance rather than impatience, is something else.  Many of all races may be ready for it.

"An officer preparing to drill his men" hints at the local police officers and National Guardsmen who are strategizing.  They have to "make the best of a situation from which there is no immediate extrication" in the words of Dr. Jones.  At the individual level we have the need for personal self-discipline, self-training, so that we might become like "a great musician at his piano."  Precision leads to achievement.  Music achieved through trial and error is a balm for the mournful and angry, lifting spirits into immortal hope.

S.  The above interpretation of the symbols for Tuesday was influenced by immersion in reading about the protests.  At another level, all this might relate to financial matters especially, matters of budgeting, investing, uncovering sources of income, and so on.  The warning would be "Don't be wanton in spending or taking risks" and the promise "Make music by using what you have carefully and wisely."
