^Protectiveness^

Moon in Leo-->Virgo
/moon is void-of-course as the day begins in the Western Hemisphere (goes void-of-course at 3:31a UT) and remains so
until it enters Virgo at 7:04p PT | 10:04p ET | 2:04a(Tu) UT

This is a void-of-course day. Things are not pointless but take form in ways we would not have expected. So while of course it is wise to attend to duties as usual, it is also wise to leave time if possible for deviations from duty or flexible periods when you can bask in the sheer "whatness" of life, as free as possible from limiting expectations. Too-firm expectations during v-of-c times can lead to disappointment, while flexibility, or "going with the flow," can be liberating. Yet again, too much "going with the flow" could lead to chaos. It's a constant judgment call. Those with faith in the Divine probably handle it best.

A white oval figure on a very black background. The background contains no forms or shapes of any kind.   An important degree. Unfortunate through marriage. A female might experience suffering through childbirth. Too negative, and open to evil influences.   b

A woman seated in an attitude of grief, her clothes disordered and her hair unkempt, holding some faded flowers in her hands; among them are lilies and roses.   Fateful inclinations and strong passions. Subject to the influence of the opposite sex. If not cautious in such relations could suffer injury or disgrace. Weak will but strong feelings apt to overrule reason and experience.   Spoliation.   b

A deserter from the navy.   Defiance.   s

A warrior in bright armor with drawn sword, pursuing a savage multitude.   One with great occult ability, and who has a mission to accomplish; a White Magician!  Go and conquer.   c

A man all bundled up in fur leading a shaggy deer.   Indomitability.   s

A woman the father of her own child.   Nucleation.   s

Two yellow flowers growing beneath the shade of a luxuriant tree.   Security, peace, prosperity. Sincere and advantageous friendships. Protected by someone greater than himself. Kind and trustful.   Security.

The first two symbols fit perfectly with the void-of-course moon. At the worst, "open to evil influences," or having a "weak will but strong feelings" which could spoil things. The third carries out a similar theme with a male motif, the military deserter--perhaps on a void-of-course day he felt that his "service" was pointless and wanted out in a big way.

Then the warrior with occult ability is the remedy for the preceding, if he indeed has an ethical mission from on high; but let's tone down the military symbolism. It could be a woman protesting discrimination in her employment, for example. The man leading the "shaggy deer" is similar; he is determined to go ahead with his plan and drags his animal nature, his body, to do what is needed, indomitably. This is one option on a void-of-course day if it feels deeply right.

The woman who, without a husband or a father for her child, has to be her own "nuclear family" is meeting the "void" honorably and laudably.

Then the yellow flowers might be her children, protected by her as the tree. Or in your own situation, female or male, they could have some other wonderful significance, someone protecting you or you protecting someone.

The Venus-opposite-Saturn aspect discussed on Saturday (final paragraph) might be significant in all this and you might find re-reading that helpful.

b: Signor Borelli, 19th century clairvoyant; interpreted by Sepharial who was Walter Gorn Old
c: Charubel, 19th century clairvoyant who was John Thomas
s: Sabian symbols which came through psychic Elsie Wheeler, interpreted by Marc Edmund Jones

The symbols and their interpretation are intended to apply basically during the hours from dawn to midnight. Often a planet will move from one degree to another during the day, so I use a time near mid-afternoon for all of them, so that they shall be exactly right during most, often all, of the daylight hours. The period from midnight to dawn could partake of the nature of either day or both.
