The "stiletto and tavola" symbol is that for the birth Mars of James Mattis, our Defense Secretary. It fits him beautifully. (See the article about him and his relation to Trump that I posted here a couple weeks ago). If you know someone like this, he or she may be a mixed blessing. You admire a lot of things about him and yet his indomitable courage may seem arrogance. However, I knew one person with this degree who was a good friend despite all that.
Apparently we are warned against over-indulgence and risky behavior, as in the "gambling hells" or "devouring a carcass." The water sprite is restless and so we may want more than we can assimilate, and get ourselves into trouble or depression (|difficult or challenging third of this week|). However, things get somewhat better later in the evening as Luna sextiles Neptune and works up to one with Jupiter. Perhaps we will appreciate entertainment, as the "musician at his piano" or any other instrument. Then we may retire to a studious enclave where we are solitary yet surrounded by friends, sought after while seeking none. Mysteries, everywhere, come to light.

The symbols and their interpretation are intended to apply basically during the hours from dawn to midnight. Often a planet will move from one degree to another during the day, so I use a time near mid-afternoon for all of them, so that they shall be exactly right during most, often all, of the daylight hours. The period from midnight to dawn could partake of the nature of either day or both.
