Moon in Leo
/moon goes void-of-course at 8:31p PT | 11:31p ET | 3:31a(M) UT
A dog standing over a bare bone; in front of it are two other half starved. Very selfish and jealous, unproductive of any good to himself and of no use to his fellows; a mere hanger-on. The disposition is indolent, but what it lacks in energy is supplied by suavity, finesse and subtlety, so that he is never at a loss for means to life; but buys comfort at the cheapest price; often a respectable beggar. Indolence. b
A man suspended over a vast level place. Contemplation. s
A dark man, richly appareled and surrounded by servants and courtiers, reclines on a couch. Tastes are luxurious and artistic. He has much wealth and influence. Love of ease will be his fault and the cause of his misfortunes. Luxury. b
An unexpected thunderstorm. Accident. s
A very rough sea, a wreck; the life-boat is dispatched; all are finally rescued. Thou shalt save many, and thou shalt save thyself. An active philanthropist. c
The trunk of a large tree covered with moss, and hollow. A romantic degree. One who will outlive the other members of his family; he will probably be the last of his race. c
A woman the father of her own child. Nucleation. s
The indolent hanger-on and the wealthy man richly dressed are both resting easily--one on others' laurels, the other on his own. They get by at the cheapest cost of effort, though one can afford anything and the other almost nothing.
The man suspended in the sky contemplating all beneath him has a chance to nucleate awareness within himself, something like the woman who is the father of her own child.
In response to the unexpected thunderstorm, a philanthropist manages to save those who otherwise would have been lost.
It seems that we are required to realize depths within ourselves before we can reach out to others. In accord with the fullness of that realization shall be our escape from selfishness to kind consideration of others' needs. The woman fathering her own child and the philanthropist rescuing the lost both do more than is possible, as it were.

Cosmic Piper
b: Signor Borelli, 19th century clairvoyant; interpreted by Sepharial who was Walter Gorn Old
c: Charubel, 19th century clairvoyant who was John Thomas
s: Sabian symbols which came through psychic Elsie Wheeler, interpreted by Marc Edmund Jones
The symbols and their interpretation are intended to apply basically during the hours from dawn to midnight. Often a planet will move from one degree to another during the day, so I use a time near mid-afternoon for all of them, so that they shall be exactly right during most, often all, of the daylight hours. The period from midnight to dawn could partake of the nature of either day or both.
