Moon in Pisces
You can thank the Department of the Treasury for the lateness of this report. Yes, they want even Cosmic Piper to prove that he does not owe them anything! Yet I have never asked them to pay the Piper.
So I did that annual ritual on my birthday and took the result of it to the nice Japanese man at the postal service. It's okay; I celebrated my birthday in a larger way the day before. Thanks to all of you who sent greetings.
I repeat:
For those suffering various problems, some quite intense perhaps, I will make one general observation: Things ought to be better, in your individual situation, by Sunday the 15th and the week following that. At least, by then you will see your way more clearly, and know what to do, whether the problem be in health, business, work, or relationships. Right now, the problems center in Mercury retrograde while closely square to Saturn, plus other minor aspects (sun biseptile Saturn, Mars biseptile Uranus, and others) which become major when nearly exact, as now. At least these things ease on the 15th, and we have as well on that day a New Moon (by evening).
It is true that Venus is trine Mars, just about exactly now. That helps, in terms of interpersonal relations especially. Because I have been ill and not fit to get out and about, I have not noticed this much in terms of friendships but I have noticed it internally--beautiful memories, images, and dreams of good people I have been with in the past, present, and sometimes only in some other dimension. Giving thanks for people--friends, strangers, everyone who has not deliberately hurt us, and maybe even for some of those if we can "get over it"--is a strong therapy. It has helped me get well.

Could become an instrument in the hands of evil powers, so as to bring evil on the whole earth in general as well as individuals in particular. Such persons, if born in a high position, may become the scourge of nations. Baneful. c

A lonely traveler in a solitary way, with a heavy burden on his back; he is assaulted by ruffians. Life seems one continued struggle for a mere existence. Imposed on and wronged out of a hard-earned pittance. c
Two white cows are standing together in a jungle; behind them is a tiger ready to spring. Advantages, a prosperous marriage; but a false sense of security could lead to ruin and sorrow. Relaxation. b

A man standing with a tankard in his hand ready to drink. Two others standing apart, talking together, with averted faces. Evil habits through low associations. May suffer through envy and intrigue of comrades, and drift with the stream into unpremeditated evil. Weakness. b
An old man attempting vainly to reveal the Mysteries. Pertinacity. s
The harsh symbols seem to be pulling up the mundane sextuple square between two planets in Aries and three in Capricorn. These are the two signs ruled by the two "malefic" planets, Mars and Saturn, and both Mars and Saturn are in Capricorn, and Saturn therein rules all the other planets except Venus. Aphrodite, help! A plane wreck in Algeria killing 257. Even a (somewhat humorous) pummeling of a dock at a Honduran island by a luxury liner; no one hurt but the pride of the captain. All this stuff, you can point to it in your own life, which just goes haywire for no apparent reason. If only Aphrodite or Venus can help us, we had better be as loving as possible. And that often despised advice, "Keep smiling," may be among the best.
So what shall you do with these symbols? That's up to you. Chuck them if you can! Is the notorious character, the tail of the evil comet, Assad of Syria, or Putin, or Trump, or all of them, or other tyrants? The man with the tankard in hand knows that two others are looking at him with averted glances and talking about him. What are they saying? Is that man Trump, or Putin, or Assad? Trump has called Assad "a Gas Killing Animal who kills his people and enjoys it!” Evil comet-tail, indeed. Or a man strangling a chicken, his own people, out of cowardice and cruelty. Of course we know he is not the only one.
We can't seem to win with these symbols; if not assaulted by ruffians, it could be by a tiger, and even a prosperous marriage doesn't prevent that.
However, there are toys in the children's ward of the hospital to which we are consigned!! How lucky! Abundance! And although the gentleman being plotted against by two others may not like what they may be saying, he does at least have a drink in his hand! Oh frabjous joy!
We need the old man trying to reveal the Mysteries. Direly. But we don't get what he is saying.
However, he is pertinacious.
From another viewpoint, the moon today is sextile Mars on one side and Venus on the other. If those two cows avoid the tiger, they could have happy times together. Oh, you are not a cow, pardon. There should be some pleasures in the day to make us happy

The symbols and their interpretation are intended to apply basically during the hours from dawn to midnight. Often a planet will move from one degree to another during the day, so I use a time near mid-afternoon for all of them, so that they shall be exactly right during most, often all, of the daylight hours. The period from midnight to dawn could partake of the nature of either day or both.
