^Dare to be Glumly Merry?^

Guys, some of you may be weary of me proclaiming the reality and importance of the |karmically difficult third| of each week, but since I am the one who discovered it (a couple decades ago, after painstaking observation), maybe I have a right to insist that it be recognized. That is not for my benefit but for yours.

The |difficult third| is happening again this weekend--I already gave out the beginning of it in Friday's report, namely,  9:35a PT | 12:35p ET | 4:35p UT Friday (until Sunday afternoon)

Is it then a COINCIDENCE that when I open my Internet this morning I find the following on USA Today?:

"A powerhouse storm is forecast to bring a variety of wild weather to much of the USA from Friday through the weekend.  The heaviest snow is forecast across northern Nebraska, much of South Dakota and western Minnesota. Flights in and out of Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport will probably be delayed or canceled Saturday. "The strong wind aspect of the storm, in lieu of snow, can lead to power outages and property damage over a broad area of the Plains," according to AccuWeather meteorologist Rich Putnam."

No, it is not a COINCIDENCE!  Enough said. But I have to keep hammering at this because it seems almost no one believes me, or if they do, they never write to me and say "Yes, you are right!" Still, I am. I hope you can see, or guess, or figure out, how to use these periods in your own life. Simply, lay back a little during those times, do simple honest helpful things rather than seek extravaganzas or adventures (such as an airline flight unless it is inescapable). It is possible to enjoy those periods if you know what they are all about.

As for weather, yes indeed, very frequently there is inclement weather during those times. Of course, the earth needs precipitation, so it serves a purpose but can make life hard for human beings and animals. If you are in a sunny region, the troubles will come in some other form.

Another thing! Please don't ignore the void-of-course times. They too can be extremely helpful.

The moon is void-of-course as I write on Friday. In the morning I did not remember that it would be void-of-course for much of today, but things seemed off. I did not have my usual inspiration. Then there were odd computer problems (another automatic update from Microsoft crashed my computer). Delays. Finally I looked at my own forecast for Friday and saw that the moon was void-of-course. Voila!  Then I felt better. When you see a reason for such things you recover more quickly and keep your poise. Then I went on about my business but with a more relaxed, philosophic attitude.

Oh, and then, just now, the phone rang. It was a spam phishing call from somewhere. I used my app to block their number in the future but the app was very slow to come up, I had never seen it that slow before. Sometimes during v-of-c you feel you are being held back by strange demonic forces. Finally the blocker worked.

And I wrote all of the above during the v-of-c. Does that mean no one will read or benefit from it? I hope not. We have to carry on somehow or other.

[NOTE: Apologies! Although I correctly noted in above that I was writing it on Friday while Luna was void-of-course, in the Friday listing I got it wrong. It has just been corrected.  I had it listed as going void in the evening.  It is ironic that then I gave a lecture about noticing the void-of-course times, in today's report, when I had made it impossible for you to notice Friday's by this mistake.  I have been convalescing from illness, but probably that does not give me much of an excuse. I shall attempt to be more vigilant in the future, although already I double-check such times. Mea culpa.]
Here are the correct Friday times:
Moon in Pisces-->Aries
/moon goes void-of-course at 4:28a PT | 7:28a ET | 11:28a UT
until it enters Aries at 8:27p PT | 11:27p ET | 3:27a(Sa) UT

|Karmically difficult third| of this week begins at 9:35a PT | 12:35p ET | 4:35p UT (until Sunday afternoon)

Saturday:

A cataract falling from one rocky ledge to another.  Impelled by circumstances to hazardous projects. Restless mind defective in foresight of danger. Could fall from level to level until lost in obscurity.   Compulsion.   b

An out-house with a dark loft, to which a ladder conducts the homeless ones.   Vagrancy or begging.   c

A woman holding a bag out of a window.   Facilitation.   s

Two bulls are seen fighting together.   Petulant and warlike. Danger by one's own hand as well as those of opponents. Makes enemies.   Strife.   b

A man of powerful form riding upon a restive horse whose mouth is curbed.  Maintains dignity and position by means of natural powers. Will have his own way; sometimes tyrannous and unjust. Will brook no opposition.  Dominion.  b

Boys and girls in gymnasium suits.   Animation.   s

A man of stout make, good proportions, round, rosy features, looking very merry, dancing grotesquely.   Lives to eat and enjoy himself; never troubles his mind with cares or thinks of the future to provide for it; the present is his all. "Let me eat, drink and be merry . . ."   c

The cararact falling from ledge to ledge is highly redolent of Mercury Retrograde, which continues until Sunday morning; but also of the whole Dark Hermetic Epoch which continues until May 3. Look at Donald Trump's peculiar trade policies; tariffs in a torrent of confusion; no one knows which way they will go; feuding with Mueller and Comey; and with Assad of Syria; and with Stormy Daniels and her lawyer; and who knows what else. You might say "This is normal for Trump" but I think any unbiased observer would note that he has been unusually preoccupied with crises and contradictions while Mercury has been retrograde since March 22.

Let's be kind to vagrants and beggars. If Trump had his way (he wants to cut funding for HUD) there would be more of them.  The woman with the bag reminds us that life goes on in simple ways, with housekeeping and errands.  We have had enough of the fighting bulls but they probably continue their posturing. The man on the horse brooking no opposition could be you when you are sure of something you want to keep accomplishing (I chose those words well; not something new but something to complete). I like the last two symbols: Kids playing games or sports, and the old geezer dancing his heart out. Let's do a little of either or both even if moods seem glum at first.

Cosmic Piper

P. S.  Lunar data:  Moon in Aries
|Karmically difficult third| of this week continues until Sunday afternoon

b: Signor Borelli, 19th century clairvoyant; interpreted by Sepharial who was Walter Gorn Old
c: Charubel, 19th century clairvoyant who was John Thomas
s: Sabian symbols which came through psychic Elsie Wheeler, interpreted by Marc Edmund Jones

The symbols and their interpretation are intended to apply basically during the hours from dawn to midnight. Often a planet will move from one degree to another during the day, so I use a time near mid-afternoon for all of them, so that they shall be exactly right during most, often all, of the daylight hours. The period from midnight to dawn could partake of the nature of either day or both.
