If one does not decide quickly which way to go, an opponent will win. At least that one skirmish; yet there will be others, so the intrepidity of the military band is salutary. Well, we all need rest; and the man lying asleep may be taking a power nap! He may visit the Hindu healer in his dream and arise strong and ready for anything. The first and last symbols hint at something amazing. Perhaps you are thinking about, reading works by, or directly in contact with someone extraordinary and influential. His or her authority extends beyond what one would assume superficially, so if one is able to emulate it or absorb it one acquires mana. 

(What could be more void-of-course than a government shutdown? And as I write this on Friday, early afternoon, the moon is v-of-c and Trump just announced that he is going to have a conference with Schumer to avoid the shutdown scheduled otherwise for midnight. The moon will enter Pisces 24 minutes from now, no longer v-of-c, so perhaps the shutdown will be avoided after that. I make no prediction. Poor President Trump had to cancel his weekend vacation during the v-of-c!  Update:  I just see that the NYT reported at 12:32p PT that Trump and Schumer failed to make a deal. The moon entered Pisces at 12:28p PT. That means that, in order for the Times to announce this at 12:32, Trump and Schumer must have broken off their talk, and "failed to reach a deal," before 12:28 while the moon was still void-of-course. Washington needs Cosmic Piper!)

While Jupiter remains in Scorpio, until November this year, according to the astrologer Marc Edmund Jones we will all be able to "give full and successful rein to almost any sort of unique or pet project of self-expression."  Get out those drawing pencils or paints, or work on that car engine or build that contraption, or get back to your journal or your poetry! Pick up that guitar and start singing! How else did Bob Dylan win the Nobel Prize?

I don't want to go there, but I guess the nude woman ought to beware of that crouching tiger. Shades of MeToo histories, herstories and anxieties. Yet the preponderance of symbols seem quite sweet. If we avoid revenge and cruelty, it appears we should have a happy time. 

Mars remains in Scorpio until next Saturday. This, according to Dr. Jones, "quickens" us to "experimentations." There could be "uninhibited release of unsuspected capacities," a la perhaps the "king of the fairies" playing with children.
