^Who Are Real Friends?^
Moon in Sagittarius
A man holding a fowl by the neck in the act of strangling it.
Cruelty and cowardice. Taking advantage of the defenseless. c
A woman entering a convent. Consecration. s
A wineglass overturned. Incontinence. b
Hunters starting out for ducks. Enterprise. s
The sun shining brightly in a cloudless sky.
Brilliant anticipations, though liable to disappointment. c
A serpent with many heads, all in a circle, fangs protruding.
Might be a pest, terror or curse. Yet has its purposes. c
A tankard set upon a table. Steadfast, capable, frank.
Sincerity. b
Friends are important. Why do they seem to disappear when we need them, often? Yet there is no real reason for that to happen, if you make an effort to be en rapport with them.
Cruelty could be related to Mercury's exact conjunction with Saturn because that can make us "all business" and no heart.
So maybe we need the "tankard" of friendly fellowship.
Maybe the woman entering the convent is the key to the day, because she realizes that all the things the others are seeking are unreal and disappointing unless permeated by consecration to the One who permits and sanctions all that is good.

One sees it as a mystery or one speaks of it or hears of it as a mystery, but none knows it.
