I don't know why there is so much "fire" today. As indicating aspiration and magic, I leave it to you. There are a lot of trees also

in the season when they are mostly bare. Probably we are more likely to feel the harrow's "criticism" because four planets are in Capricorn, a very critical sign, or one of discrimination in the positive sense of that word, the ability to choose between the good and bad, true and false, lasting and transitory. As the harrow properly does, eliminating the weeds.

It seems the symbols are telling us to keep hopes and aspirations high no matter what happens to dampen or challenge them.

I have to say that the Dark Hermetic Epoch has been hard on me, and is still. I do not believe that it really gets easier as it fades away; rather it seems to have a kick in its tail end, like the symbol of the sign Scorpio. I had printer problems today which kept me from my necessary work for more than an hour and it was extremely frustrating. That was not all that went wrong. And two individuals have resigned from a group I am in. This did not bother me terribly because it may have been inevitable and yet both of them raised issues in the way in which they resigned or felt pushed to resign. That sort of thing is very typical of a DHE. This one ends on the 10th which is a week from today. I fear it has torn my "four-star" ratings to shreds on some days. I still believe in the method of the star ratings and hope that somebody somewhere is having four-star days. Mine have had their very happy moments, but not consistently.

I almost wish that there were some two-star and one-star days coming up because all the four-star days may make me look silly. Could things really be that good? We shall see. Sometimes long-term aspects will depress the ratings for weeks at a time, or raise them.  Note: I am not giving any five-star ratings until the Dark Hermetic Epoch ends on January 10. The other ratings remain the same, but the uncertainty in the DHE makes * * * * * unrealistic.
