\Unfurling Your Flag/

Moon in Capricorn   * * *
New Moon of Capricorn occurs at 6:18p PT | 9:18p ET | 2:18a(W) UT

A white flag unfurled, with a red Maltese cross on it.
Noble mind, pure intention. Much suffering, but
eventually vanquishes obstacles and puny foes.   c
A woman reading tea leaves.  Signature.   s
A stretch of broken country with a fringe of woodland.
Rugged and natural in expression. Off-hand
gruffness veils kind nature.  Rusticity.   b
An X ray.  Investigation.   s
Two men running a race.  Fleet of foot, adept at sports.   c
A Sun that is rising upon the ocean waters.  Travel, discovery,
       coming honors. Illumination.   b
A dark and lonely pool overhung by wooded banks.
Simple, natural life. Poetic, visionary.  Contemplation.   b

Life can seem logy or slow while the Part of Fortune is in 12 (final day of Old Moon and for a while after the New). So the "dark and lonely pool" may be where we find ourselves internally. Still, such visionary contemplation can be uplifting, and perhaps informative if the woman's tea leaves fall into cogent patterns. We can't expect people to be more or other than their background, often, as in the gruff rustic person. Yet we are curious about everything, as if examining all with x rays. Being fleet of foot or adept at athletics could be physical or metaphoric if it is our minds which are racing ahead adroitly. We feel ready for something fresh and why not? We can fly our own flag.
