Personally, I feel very much "under the astrological weather" but that does not mean you do.
Earthquakes and plane crashes in Japan, and an earthquake Tuesday in New York which put out power in some places. On Tuesday all day we had moon square Mars, restless and angry. Venus square Saturn, difficult weather plus feelings of "nobody loves me." Mercury has just turned direct but is SLOW and the DArK or confusing Epoch lasts until the 21st.
Wednesday: Somewhat smoother, with moon in Libra sextile Venus. But the difficult aspects remain, with squares to Neptune asking you "Whom do you trust? What is believable and what is nonsensical or deceptive?" There are plenty of rabbit holes! Wonderland is full of mirrors and magical mushrooms.
Always, we should seek spiritual truth, as in the Gospel of John, to counteract delusion and escapism. The higher Escape is into G*d and His love and blessing.
