}Secrecy, or Worship and Recognition{
"An owl sitting in the moonlight" is wise and patient, prudent and self-possessed. He knows secret things. His human counterpart may be a student of occultism. His life and work "are centered in things hidden from the common eye." In night and in hidden things there could be danger.
And so, for protection, it is wise to listen to "a hidden choir singing." A "symphony of cosmic reconciliations" is "a power for the good of all," saving the "owl" from daring too much danger. Humanity is felt as one when it unites in worshiping the One from whom it has its source.
On the other hand, there could be "ephemeral popularity" akin to "fireworks exploding in mid-air above a crowd." The recognition and applause "are soon over."
Or, if "one's goal of living becomes a preservation of values" in "social stewardship" and "self-dedication," one receives "Two awards for bravery in war." An "exaltation of personal vision and character gets Recognition, the keyword.
