There are indications of selfishness on one hand, and of a need for help on the other. Some will be grabbing whatever they can with little consideration of the sacredness of others' property. Others will genuinely be in need of assistance and even if they seem to "go under" will eventually receive what they need as a godsend. Money matters might seem irritating but patient effort can get them in order.
Mercury retrograde gives us a chance to review what we really want to do, where we want to be, to map out in vision a "homestead" for the future, and we might do that successfully. Adventure and speculation are favored, in the mind at least, though the MR period requires patience because even good plans need constant revision until they are ready for instrumentation. Meanwhile there can be some entertainment, goodwill, generosity, and conviviality.
It may seem there is too much to handle, multiple matters wanting attention, yet "a man successfully expressing himself in two realms at once" is able to be proficient in more than one thing at a time. A light, loving touch will do that. Then we are on the way to resembling the "woman with a globe and a scepter" because we sense that we have dominion over our world when we remain calm yet aware in multiple directions.
