The lion roars, and when the human "lion" rages it may seem like "a case of apoplexy" (as we know from Donald Trump who was born with Leo rising). Someone may be irresistible in his or her demands, or think that he or she is so. Yet with the moon void-of-course most of the day it is not clear what might be gained by trying to force one's desires on anyone. It might be good to turn to a lighter view of life, as "a young girl playing on a lyre" or gay, youthful, artistic amusement. That could calm everyone so there may be sweeter outcomes. Both Mercury and Jupiter squaring Mars in his own sign can make for obstreperousness.
If "the general," you or someone else, has to "accept defeat gracefully" while the moon is void-of-course, that makes room for expedient adjustments. The desires of a friend may seem unwieldy or unfeasible, yet "a serpent coiling near a man and a woman" is trying to impart some wisdom (a serpent thing traditionally) to the couple so they awaken to a higher revelation of what their desire for each other could mean.
"An unsealed letter" could mean that someone is indiscreet, letting out secrets which might better be held back. Trusting people is important, most of the time, though at times it is better not to strain that trust unwisely. One question might be, Who is worthy of your confidences? Maybe after Luna enters Virgo (time above), and things and people seem more realistic, it will be easier to aim one's arrow, release it, and hit the appointed mark.
