Or, barring anything so extreme, one might be like "a woman disappointed and disillusioned" who realizes the path she has followed is not working. After a setback, there can be clearance and a new beginning based on something more solid and enduring in one's character. This is a source of power, rather than enfeebling dissipation.
How much of one's personal story can be conveyed to a friend is a matter in question. One might trust someone to keep a secret, or not, depending on one's own judgment. It is probably better to trust anyone who has been trustworthy in the past. Even kids in grade school can sometimes be trusted to be discreet. There is an aliveness of interest when children or childlike adults work or play together, and this tends to cleanse unhealthy attitudes and proclivities.
Shared ideals result in service to all. This is nobility, and it lifts moods. Someone who means a lot to you, probably a woman, exemplifies that attitude and her very presence is cheer-giving and harmony-yielding. Accessible, she brings ease and luxury to others as well as herself and her comportment is uplifting.
