}Divine Aid Across a Rough Sea{
Moon in Gemini
The uncertainties of outward life are what drive us to religion, or spiritual consciousness, or philosophy, or some link with the Eternal (so far as we can make that connection consciously). The symbols for the day suggest turmoil and "the struggle for existence," but such struggles are temporary, tempered and made endurable by divine grace. "A vessel rolling in the trough of a rough sea" may be any of the presidential candidates. Some must lose, yet remain determined to win (some of them in later primaries, or in 2024, while others put their sights on some other political office their publicity in the campaign could bring). If you are that vessel battered by the waves, hold on to faith.
Even we have, symbolically, "An earthquake." This could be for some the pandemic which, at this writing, still rages in some places. It could be the trouble some have with immigration blocked, or refugee status. It is not usually wise to transplant one's roots unless utterly necessary. Immigration into frontier country is not to be taken lightly. Sepharial says: "Let him be careful where he builds, and test with discernment the grounds of his faith in others. Let him trust in heaven and invoke its aid in all humility."
Some esoteric groups, over the centuries, have dabbled in politics, or even taken a direct hand in them. Likewise, of course, some churches and most caliphates. "Two men, well clad, are standing together, the one holding a white horse by the bridle." That horse could be the steed on which the next Avatar rides. We love such grandiose vision-projections (as a cure for the endless masochistic dystopias poisoning television). Meanwhile the influence of someone or some group could be good for you, or bad, or a mixture. Divine gifts may be sought, but cannot be commandeered; otherwise they would not be gifts. Charubel says that the recipient of "a shower of pearls of variegated hue" pouring from "a luminous cloud" "will prosper in matters temporal and spiritual, and that without apparent effort on his part."
