There is always full consciousness, an expanded mind, at the Full Moon, yet this time also a youthful or immature attitude: "A giant amusing himself with a child's doll." The implication is that the world might benefit from your efforts in a project, but that instead you devote yourself to callow entertainment. Or, if you are "a chubby boy on a hobbyhorse" you are at least learning something or developing your aspiration and determination-toward-the-good.
If you feel more competent than that, you could be utterly on top of things or able to conquer the world, and this might make you "vain as a peacock" and a cantankerous companion. Still, credit where credit is due, and you know your strengths.
The animation you feel could be more humble than that if you identify with "boys and girls in gymnasium suits," trying out their powers in a situation set up for them by the community. This requires realistic demonstration of and appraisal of one's skills. Yet there is something more, with the Full Moon, convictions derived from transcendental or superior wisdom. "A big white dove, a message bearer," brings inspiration and assurance so that you know with conviction how to act and what to do.
