Moon in Taurus-->Gemini

Believe it or not, the moon shall be void-of-course for just one minute before it enters Gemini at 3:30a PT | 6:30a ET | 11:30a UT

I just spent more than two hours reading about and listening about politics, and I am not sure I want to mix all that information and opinion with astrology. They often do not mix well. Actually the birth-charts of politicians can be studied profitably, and probably I should spend more time doing that. (Looking at Trump's chart I feel that no one, but no one, except an astrologer could understand him.) As for predicting the outcomes of elections, I am not sure any astrologer has been very good at that. In my somewhat slapdash way, yet carefully researched as far as I could without a supercomputer programmed in ways no one has ever programmed one, I felt that Elizabeth Warren might be the Democrat with the best chance of getting ahead in this whole Hermetic Epoch lasting from February 2 until March 30. That includes not only tonight's Iowa caucus but the New Hampshire Primary in another week and the Super Tuesday primaries on March 3. However, the majority of the polls seem to be giving Bernie Sanders an edge. He came in second in my calculated projection. No one knows, is the simple truth. There seems a real possibility that there will be a brokered Democratic convention in July, when anything could happen. I have not studied the charts for the period including that convention (July 13 through 16). It is interesting.

Monday: Sanders, Warren, Biden, or another may feel like "A traveler in a solitary way, with a heavy burden on his back, assaulted by ruffians." Some may say that the "ruffians" are the Democratic Party, or the media, or the voters, or . . . Any of us may feel that we are struggling for our bare subsistence. Yet we can "take up our armor" and then be "fully equipped, bearing a shield." Caution plus bravery are a winning combination. In the right proportions they win goodwill and security.

"A Chinese laundry" is interesting in light of the Coronavirus epidemic. Its keyword, "Seclusion," fits right in with "quarantine." Let us hope and pray that all this shall recede quickly from human experience. At another level, for everyone, this symbol suggests patient work while secluded from ordinary human contacts. This is not depressing when one has a future goal in mind toward which one's labor is leading. In moments of freedom one might hang out near "an old-fashioned well" which calls forth self-renewal. There is a certain recompense for oneself and those with whom one associates. Normal gain and income is reassuring.

Being barred out from some things can result in finding other things one hadn't suspected. Groping intuition can illumine the darkness. Public documents may be significant or helpful. Much information is available online and in libraries, if one senses how to find it. "A beacon light on a high rock" is said to be "Divinity speaking through humanity." Impressions which seem foolish at first ("just a wandering light in the sky") could open doors into hidden wisdom.
