The most crucial distinction is between one or two-star times versus three, four, or five-star times. It's wise to "lay low" on the former (except in one's inner, spiritual life), but expand and be more daring on the latter. Sometimes long-term aspects will depress the ratings for weeks at a time, or raise them. The indications are intended to be most accurate from dawn of the given day until midnight.
