The rating is good, yet we remain in the Dark Hermetic Epoch until January 10, so that the "goodness" may be subjective to a large degree, or in the form of moods and harmonies within our consciousness. Whether it will work out in quick success with projects and endeavors is another question, but at least we should feel good about it all.
That does not mean we are in "a fool's paradise." Maybe we are simply learning that our happiness comes from within rather than from without, or that when all is well within the without takes care of itself.
We "keep on keeping on" because Mars is the high-focus planet and in a cardinal opposition determining the bowl of the pattern. So we will not stop, will not stop until we finish something artistic and pleasing (Libra) and manfully strong (Mars) as well as elegant.
"A gang of robbers in hiding" is merely an indication that we diverge somewhat from usual patterns in order to do something risque`. It does not have to be dishonest, just free of conventional constraints or a little amoral rather than immoral.
"A woods rich in autumn coloring" promises the fulfillment of the season. We have as much richness as we can encompass or appreciate. Yet as "a man in full armor" we do not just luxuriate but are about our work as a soldier of good proportions would be.
There is entertainment along with pleasing friendship. "A man wearing a mask as in a play" is perhaps playfully malicious or wittily cute. This is fun, and has also a function like "a woman charming snakes," that is, it attracts and molds others' emotions and desires to be in accord with one's own.
In fact, there could be cunning power over others through arts of attraction, or oneself may be the one submitting to such persuasion or fascination. If at times obstinacy seems to cause one to be running contrary to public opinion, and getting nowhere, one can slow down and let oneself be rebalanced from within so that there is a harmony of surrounding and integralizing forces.

We have more variety in this week. Some of the values have been changed a little. Next Tuesday has, early in the day, the lowest possible rating. The system as I have worked it out may undergo further evolution but is pretty well settled in most particulars. It remains to be seen how well it works in practice.
