"An undevout astrologer is mad." This is a spiritually oriented forecast-meditation-report, not an atheistic, humanistic or Marxist one. I make no apology for that. Those who don't like my mentioning G*d and Jesus and quoting from the Gospels or the Psalms or Sri Aurobindo or Sai Baba are quite capable of finding other things to read on the internet.

This is an experiment in experiential, phenomenological, scientific astrology based on trial and error and sometimes on speculation. I feel that I need to share the insights that come to me as I study the daily and monthly charts in conjunction with the experiences of myself, others known to me, and what I read in the news, and so I do. I do not pretend to eliminate all my personal opinions or convictions from what I write nor, in my view, would that be helpful. I am happy to have dialogue with those who read these reports if the dialogue is mutually respectful.

It has been interesting to see the balancing of the scales of justice while Mars and Venus are both in Libra, plus three planets in Scorpio. Both these signs seem to have a role of "balancing" and they come in Autumn and they are the "burning way." Interesting that the trees become red and yellow like flames when the sun is in the "burning way"! "And the autumn weather turns the leaves to flame" says September Song, "and one hasn't got time for the waiting game." However one interprets "waiting game," it could be that we feel impatient, with intimations of winter being also hints that "the time may be short" for our plans, loves, projects and hopes.

"The Burning Way" also means, perhaps, that one has to burn fuel beginning in these months to keep warm, if one is a dainty human being.

In politics all the impatience is evident, and in the battle of the sexes now centered in sexual harassment and its prevalence. As has been mentioned, Venus as sole dispositor in Libra, which it is right now, puts women in the driver's seat, to some degree. It also could be putting "justice" in the driver's seat, whatever that means to you in your personal life, since Libra and Scorpio are both signs of justice. Libra has been called the sign of "the iron fist in the velvet glove" and that is specially true when it is mixed up with Scorpio as now. (Or maybe it should be "the copper fist" since Mars rules iron but Venus rules copper!)

Thursday:

Yesterday and today Charubel gives us the symbol "An angel standing in mid-air with a long scroll in his hand, unfolded." Maybe we are close to the teachings of someone we feel to be of high spiritual caliber.

There is a need for someone parental to cling to. One need not be ashamed of this. "A lamb at a distance from its dam, but looking towards her."
Those who are cared for by someone maternal or paternal learn subconsciously how to be parental or helpful themselves.

"A woman feeding chickens and protecting them from the hawks" brings up the parental theme again. Donald Trump and other politicians of both parties would have us believe they are trying to do this for us.

Rather we could be watchful and astute to protect ourselves from insecurity. Then there may be attractiveness, charm, and favors from fortune.

"Information in the symbol of an autumn leaf" is a fascinating one. What information? That is for you to find out. Maybe the "Time is pressing" hinted at in September Song. Or maybe something more mellow, such as: The beautiful leaf is symbolizing to us all the joys it experienced during the spring and summer, its expanding growth, the kisses of the sunshine and rain, the cool nights and warming dawns. And now rather than complain that it has to fall, it goes out in a blaze of glory, summing up in its intricate colored patterns the message it wants to give the world.
