The above indications are precise, and could be helpful in precise planning. Yet they are only one way of looking at things, and the larger longer-lasting aspects of the day might be more important depending on your situation. All this is designed to aid your common sense and intuition.
So, for example, you might find it hard or confusing to plan tonight's activities, during the day, but somehow things might come together late at night (but later on the East Coast than on the West). Or you may find some way to finesse all that earlier and have a good time despite uncertainties. I hope so.
As I write on Thursday, it is raining in London and in Seattle! I know about the rain in the U. K. because the media are announcing it as a reason for delays in people getting to their polling stations for the big vote on whether Britain stays in the European Union.
Did the meteorologists predict that there might be rain in both Seattle and London today? I don't know, but as an astrologer I know that the tri-septile between Saturn and Venus, the latter being in a water sign (Cancer), while Mars in another water sign (Scorpio) is bi-octile Venus in Cancer (water sign), suggest troubles connected with water. Of course, from another viewpoint, rain is essential to the growth of plants, trees, and foodstuffs, and so good for the planet! This is an interesting indication of how "hard" or "bad" aspects such as these can seem "hard" or "bad" to human beings (if they are not farmers) while actually being felicitous. This is but one of endless lessons one can learn by studying astrology and following the daily motions of the planets as we are doing here. Further, I believe that if the statisticians would get off their collective arses and study astrology seriously they might find that statistically there is more rain over the whole planet while the moon is in Aquarius or Pisces. So it has appeared to my observation.
The more important question, to investors and many others, is how the vote in Britain will go, which is likely to be historic. I cannot pretend to predict that any better than the bookmakers in London, and they have mostly predicted "Remain." I hope so. While the skies are saying "Merain."
The tri-septile between Venus and Saturn is a real thing. I discovered that quite a few years ago while writing these reports. There were days when I had predicted a lot of nice things, and those predictions failed. I learn from experience. Then I checked the so-called "minor" aspects, and found that there were septiles, bi-septiles, or tri-septiles between Saturn and Venus on those days, within two degrees of orb (the orb which the gargantuan astrologer Marc Edmund Jones chose for them). And so I learned something. I used that knowledge in the forecast for Thursday, when I said "The tri-septile of Venus and Saturn is especially hard, as are all aspects between those two planets. It lasts another day. One can find something to mourn about. Something to feel down about. Some suffering or tragedy one can relate to, or memories from the past, or inadequacies in the present."
Combine that with the harsh sesqui-square between Mars and Venus (by less than one degree) and you have what I observerd on the patio of a restaurant today. A middle-aged man was talking on his cell phone to his wife, calling her honey, but the tension in the conversation was evident. When he got angry he said "That was bad judgment." He was not having his dinner with her.
Earlier in the day, there was a semi-fracas involving three or four of my neighbors concerning events in the building. It was upsetting to all, though not tragic.
And so, although I point out the |difficult third| of the week faithfully, based on the moon-Saturn cycle, there are other days which seem perhaps equally difficult.
Yet all was not lost; I had a good time in some regards and so did some others I observed, up to a point. Yet there was an undertone of anxiety. I have trained myself to observe this over the years. Astrology to me is a science. I temper and modify the forecasts according to what I have seen repeatedly over the years in connection with certain aspects. All one has to do is accept the basic premise that we are all responding to certain aspects in a similar way at the same time in order to notice how your neighbors, friends, family, and everyone are reacting on certain days. We don't see it ordinarily because we are misled by the false presupposition that we are each hermetically sealed into his or her own container of personal feelings and experiences. Not so, according to what I have observed.
On Friday, by later afternoon and evening the moon is beginning to trine both the sun and Venus, so we can hope that the evening will be smoother than the daytime. Other aspects are somewhat fateful, including a tri-septile Yod with Pluto, Mars, and Mercury, focused on Mercury. This could be strong, harsh, careful, controversial thinking. It could be disturbing or exhilarating according to one's attitude.
Always, regardless of aspects, we can look for the better in one another and either find it or hope for it or project it by faith. That makes everything better.

P. S. I had wanted to post here something from Sri Aurobindo, but, first, it takes a lot of time to re-type it, and second, I am not sure anyone wants to read it. I will try to paraphrase a little of it. The Supreme Lord is both impersonal and personal. Buddhists take Him or Her as It, totally impersonal, or Nirvana. Hindus of the Vaishnava group at least, and Christians and Jews, take Him as personal, and so do I. Sri Aurobindo explains in the most painstaking and admirable language possible, over many paragraphs and pages, not in one book but in many, how it is that the Highest, the Supreme, the Infinite, can also be a Person. This is beyond the human mind's comprehension, which is why we bow down to Him or Her! Do I have to say more? There comes a point when one can only say, "Either you get it or you don't." If you don't yet, please read the Gospel of John together with whatever you can from Sri Aurobindo. A relationship with Him, or Her, is more valuable than anything else you could seek. This is an infinite Person, not a finite one. But He or She is capable of intimately personal relations with you, and of love. How much more do I have to say?
