It feels like Deja Vu to me. In fact, every Dark Hermetic Epoch does that. We are almost in the middle of it, defined as the Mercury Retrograde period, and we feel the effects of that almost two weeks before and two weeks after. The human mind is "ruled" by Mercury in astrology. Books could be written on what that means. In Sanskrit "man" or "humanity" is termed The Manomaya Purusha, that is, the thinking entity. The word "maya" in there is fascinating because we tend to feel a lot of our thinking activity as illusion, especially during the Dark Hermetic Epochs. Of course Hermes is Mercury, the ruler of the human mind, as it were. Astrology is symbolic and archetypal but also literal in amazing ways, in fact as long as one makes a distinction between the symbolical and the archetypal and the literal one is probably not able to understand astrology. Astrology is the point at which the archetypal (the ten Greek deities ruling or associated with the ten planets of our solar system), the symbolic (the ways these symbolic entities interact and appear to be reflected in our human lives) and the literal (what actually happens!) become almost identical. That is the magical "Aha!" point at which one knows that one has been inducted into the astrological universe.

I keep trying to convey that here through these reports but never know if I have succeeded. I think there are two or three individuals who often "get" what I am saying. The Psalms sing of praising the Lord "on a ten-stringed lyre." Wonderful! I praise Him on the ten strings of Pluto, Neptune, Uranus, Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Venus, Mercury, Sol, and Luna.

And I am looking seriously at what is going on among those ten during the second half of September 2015.

First of all, it is Maya! Illusion! So are the tricks of an Illusionist, and the tricks of the Master Magician, the Supreme Lord. He, through Moses, rivaled the tricks of the magicians of Egypt. He, through Joseph, did better at predicting than the learned scribes and astrologers of Egypt. He, through Krishna, played on His flute and hypnotized the gopis and gopas, the cowherd and goatherd boys and girls, and the whole world, drawn to Him ineluctably along the streams of the magical forest of Vrindavan.

He is tricking and laughing at the whole world now during this present Dark (Mysterious) Hermetic Epoch.

Do I have to say more? Alas, I have to struggle with these ten planets, wrestle with them, try to wring a melody from them on this ten-stringed lyre which seems to laugh at me and struggle to escape from my hands.

Donald Trump (oops, I typed it at first Donald Rump) always intervenes, tries to hijack this lyre. I can see why. His horoscope has Leo rising and Mars in Leo in the first house. And for the second as for the first half of September, both Venus and Mars are in Leo in his first house. That focuses attention on him, and since the Venus-Mars conjunction in Leo is romantic and loving or at least fun-loving, people "get a kick" out of him at this point. As I have said six or seven times and may say eight or ten times more, because nobody seems to notice what I say, the test of that will come on October when those planets leave Leo for Virgo where they will challenge rather than indulge Mr. Donald. It's interesting that Bernie Sanders the Democrat is (sun-sign) Virgo and perhaps at that time people will be even more open to his message (he has been spectacularly successful against Hillary as a candidate with no huge corporations backing him and only individual voters. Isn't that supposed to be what democracy is about?).

What can I tell you of a practical nature about the second half of this September?

Wing it!

If that ain't practical, I don't know what else to say.

Well, here goes. An astrologer friend stopped counseling people because she complained all they wanted to do was hear about money and love. Okay, here goes: Money. Didn't you work something out concerning your approach to financial security during August and the first half of September? Isn't it possible that that approach you figured out through blood, sweat and tears is still viable? I would say so. Probably. So work with it. Don't abandon it because of some sudden false "intuition" that something better might work. I support true Intuition, from higher realms, but during the DHE (which includes the Mercury Retrograde period beginning Thursday but present in effect now) "intuition" can be tricked out in false insights derived from subconscious whispers of errant entities who try to deceive. (Sri Aurobindo taught that there are really such entities, and Jesus seems to support the idea in that he "cast out demons" over and over again.) And that is why I say, Trust what you already figured out in August, probably, rather than some new idea which comes to you in September, a month of possibly errant insights and false clues.

But, and there is always a "but" in the realm of Mercury, the human mind unillumined by the Overmind and Supermind, at the spiritual level you may get brilliant and superb insights during this period. The distinction is between the practical, where you could go spectacularly wrong, and the spiritual, where you could get insights lifting you to the skies or into the Kingdom of Heaven. (Not kidding.)

Does that mean that the spiritual is not practical? No, but sometimes its practicality is not evident at first and one has to have faith in order to bear with spiritual intuitions until they bear fruit in the material world. Until then one may have doubts. Spiritual intuitions, if they are real, will give you a sense of timing and inspire you to wait until the proper time for action.

Did we finish with Donald Trumpet? No! He seems to blare through people's brains at the most peculiar times. Here is something I wanted to say: He is only a symbol, in your own life. In other words, whether you like him or despise him, he is a symbol of Venus in Leo trine Uranus in Aries. His spectacular brazenness, his freedom and independence and brashness, are a symbol of something in you you want to cultivate, and that is why you (perhaps) like him. But forget him for a minute (relief!) and see that this (his) freedom is going on for you at some level. You sense a freedom you have never before felt in the same way and you want it to be real and to last. Good. In some ways, the planetary aspects are transient, and in other ways they are eternal. Venus will trine Uranus over and over again, twice a year approximately, for as long as our solar system lasts. It is not going away, yet it will go away by October, so it is transient and yet it is eternal. You can seize on something you gain during this "transit" and make it into something immortal you can treasure as a real possession you cannot lose. Freedom in love! That is it in three words. Figure it out. Treasure it. You can have it.

Oh, did someone say "What about bondage in love?" Well, that is Jupiter opposite Neptune, exact during this fortnight. The love of which we speak here is the more solemn love of caritas rather than the eros just mentioned. It is "religious love" or "mystical love" (the former Jupiter, the latter Neptune). In a sense these are oversimplifications, yet they paint a story we can understand. I just went through a painful diremption in my religious life caused by my differences with a wonderful group of good people who tend to dogmatize and believe that their particular understanding of Christianity (in their case I would call it Paulianity) is the only possible understanding and that everyone who does not understand it that way will suffer eternally in Hell. I might say, as any reasonable human being in any era might say, What arrogance, what insolence, what insularity! That there are people still so narrow in their beliefs in this twenty-first century is surprising. I love Jesus at least as much and possibly more than they, because I read a chapter of the Gospels every morning and try to understand it. I love Jesus and that is no pretension; it is simple love of the most simple sort based on my true feelings about what I read about him and his own words, which strike deep into my soul. I do not have to justify myself to them and I am amazed that they think they are the arbiters of my soul and my eternal destiny, that in effect they can "send me to Hell" because of their way of understanding certain passages of Scripture which have other beautiful and inspiring meanings to me.

That, in a nutshell, is one man's experience of Jupiter opposite Neptune. I am going through it at a deep level. Some of you have sensed what I am feeling from what I have written in recent days, and I thank you for "sharing my burden" with me. I am just so weary of people thinking that Jesus hates Krishna or Rama or Sai Baba or Sri Aurobindo. Or that He is fighting Them, warfare in heaven! These are the most advanced souls the human race has ever produced and they are Brothers and Masters and Teachers and Lovers of the human race. Selah! and Voila!

That is my testament.

Enough for now, though there could be more to say about the second half of September. Perhaps we shall do so soon.

  1. I am a total and absolute opponent of so-called "capital punishment," otherwise and CORRECTLY known as MURDER BY THE STATE. Too many men and women have been so murdered and found later to be innocent! So many have been rescued from Death Row by The Innocence Project, which finds that scores and scores of prisoners have been framed by prosecutors and are in fact innocent. DNA testing proves this. Another execution is scheduled for today (Wednesday) by the State of Oklahoma. It is wrong. The moon will be in the Via Combusta, a time in which crazy and wrong things can be done. For example, the disastrous Iraq War was started at such a time. Luna will be also in Scorpio, the sign of death. We are in a Dark Hermetic Epoch when human errors cause all kinds of disasters. We need to be careful, circumspect. This execution should not be going on.

Sister Helen Prejean, best known as the "Dead Man Walking" nun, will witness her seventh execution on Wednesday. Richard Glossip, who has been on death row for 18 years, is scheduled to die by lethal injection at 3 p.m. CT in Oklahoma despite pleas for a last-minute reprieve from Prejean, football coach Barry Switzer and actress Susan Sarandon, who played the nun in the 1995 Oscar-winning film.

Walters — "As governor I twice enforced death sentences. I encourage Governor Fallin to issue a 60-day stay to make certain Mr. Glossip is guilty."

Bridgette McInroe, @Bridgette_Shae — "Richard, like many others, has been failed by our justice system. He deserves a new FAIR trial. There's way too much doubt. #Glossip"

    Facebook:

James Leonard — "i have no idea if he is innocent or guilty, But if there is a fraction of doubt. Post pone his execution"

Yes! If it is postponed until the Bright Hermetic Epoch begins on October 24, I believe it will not happen at all.

    1. From the following you can see that this man was set up. He did not even do the killing but is accused of offering to pay someone else to do it. But the person who actually committed the murder said that he set Goslip, the convicted man, up in order to get his own sentence reduced to life in prison. Sneed was the prosecution’s key witness and testified that Glossip masterminded the killing because he was afraid Van Treese was about to fire him for embezzling money and poorly managing the motel. Sneed was sentenced to life in prison in exchange for his testimony.

A fellow inmate, Michael Scott, said in an affidavit that he heard Sneed say “he set Richard Glossip up, and that Richard Glossip didn’t do anything.”

Glossip maintained his innocence Tuesday in a brief telephone interview with The Associated Press and said he remains optimistic his lethal injection will be halted.

“They’ll never take that from me,” Glossip said. “I’ll hope for the best. I won’t let it bring me down.

“If you’ve got to go out... you don’t want to be bitter and angry about it.”

Glossip’s case has drawn attention from death penalty opponents, and his family and supporters rallied Tuesday at the Oklahoma Capitol. They want Republican Gov. Mary Fallin to issue a 60-day stay to give Glossip’s attorneys more time to investigate new leads.

But she has said she will not do that. She is bringing heavy karma upon herself.
