Such observation facilitates long-range planning (getting easier now as we approach the Bright Hermetic Epoch beginning March 13). Her past disappointments stimulate her to 'capitalize on her enduring potentials' so that she persuades effectively or is persuaded graciously.
Blessing: We should not get ahead of ourselves, but there are highly favorable symbols going along with the sextiles of Venus and the sun with Uranus. 'A transcendental sun shedding a halo of supernal glory on the ascendant' suggests 'psychic power and brilliant gifts' not understood by the present generation but influencing future ones favorably and granting long life. Likewise 'a very straight road; an interminable perspective' foretells 'a long and happy life' while one's mind is evenly balanced and serene.
