To investigate their world through characteristic
Modes of insight, examining structures and materials
On every plane of being. They appreciate a boy who

Wears a mask as in a play, simulating qualities not
His own. He's sarcastic yet more playful than
Malicious, attracting admirers noncommittally.
Sometimes all three dress up in colorful
/
Vestments and, in a wizard circle, perform art magic.
What do they believe? Any fleeting superstition.
As they experience more they conquer forces mental
And spiritual, acquiring self-government and good-
/
Natured rulership. The child and dog are interlaced
Triangles; the boy a third jovially superposed.
