An oriental-rug dealer uses his consignment
As resource and advantage. Other facilities
And goods supply a jockey practicing
To drive himself and his steed to the limit.
Mere bubbles satisfy one who blows them in
The air to make the light-fantastic real
(For the nonce). But a man with a pack on his back
And staff in his hand sets forth on a pilgrimage.
A deep red star, rising, brings a deep red glow
To male and female body parts, passion and
Virulence. Temptation overcome, it sets with
A golden glow as sun over reaped ripe wheat.
Advantages are real, the light-fantastic convincing,
Bubbles and passions steeds for a pilgrimage.

I've been reading and listening to experts concerning the Ukraine incursion by Russia and all that is certain is that nobody knows exactly how to deal with it. Is Vladimir Putin an "oriental-rug dealer"? He wants Eurasia to be carpeted for him so he can pass through Ukraine to Crimea (let us hope not by "carpet bombing"). "Bubbles in the air" could be pointless fireworks to scare people, or the insubstantial-seeming yet possibly disastrous "hacking" for war purposes we are hearing about, with Russia either victim or perpetrator. The Ukrainians may be able to make all this "a pilgrimage" for themselves, that is, by facing it valiantly-wisely turn it into progress for the world. Such an outcome is not easy to discern at this point but we can hope and pray. "The world order" needs rectification not through armaments but through soul-growth.
