The "long comet tail" portending baneful things (in the symbol for Mars's current position) is taking various forms. (In effect from Wednesday the 7th through Saturday the 10th). I associated it with Communist China, for example, in the two most recent reports, and now it is said that in China the Party silenced (censored) Mike Pence in the broadcast of the debate when he said negative things about China or the CCP. I seem to have anticipated that, as Cosmic often-accurate Piper. Then the very next day six or more people were arrested in Michigan for plotting to kidnap the governor of that state! The "comet's tail" does indeed want to be a "scourge" unless we scuttle its ruthlessness. For Friday we also have "Two men placed under arrest" in the Sabian system, showing perhaps that both sides (two men) in political controversies are in error and need to be "arrested."
And what about the outcome? "A man making a futurist drawing" is experimenting with his mind and perceptions to discern trends, and perhaps you could do that. He is artistic and can detect the "colors of character" in people and point out their flaws, which might make him unpopular in some quarters. Maybe you have been doing that, or some you know.
Some, or yourself, might actually explore to find a location which is better for some things you want to do, setting up "the rude framework of a temporary building or shanty." That means scoping things out, at least. There's a desire for a safe yet interesting permanent or temporary habitation where hopes can be fulfilled. "A well-lighted house with open door" is managed by one who is hospitable, open-handed and sincere. Anyplace can feel like home when we rejoice in the company of friends.
