The closest square or opposition is Venus opposite Uranus, an intimate approach to independence. That can mean, practically speaking, painful or scalding separations. Co-operation becomes difficult or nearly impossible. People are so rigid that they just refuse to discuss their reasons or motives. Even good people may distort their willful reactions so that they are hard to bear for others close to them. Sexual expressions can be sudden, harsh, or perverse, or hurt the one loved. But the opposition, rather than the square, gives perspective, so you may find yourself observing and analyzing all this in yourself and modifying it for the better.

I focus on the hard aspects because they are usually the ones we feel the most. But there are a lot of trines and sextiles in the heavens, into which we can tune to get relief from the potential bitterness of Mars square Venus while both are afflicted by Uranus.
One may be on the offensive, which is felt as a means of defense. If others have been aggressive one will not give up but continue to maintain one's position until victory. "A broken bottle and spilled perfume" could indicate wastefulness and hurry, or a spilling out of oneself or one's emotions which cannot fail to be noticed by everyone.
Indecision is natural at this point, yet needs to be countered by reasonable and careful decision in order to avoid the worst results of any dispute or quarrel. The sun is at the degree it occupied on 9/11/2001 and the symbols are dire, indicating conflict of a serious sort. Whether this is repressed or expressed depends on personal choice, and it is well to be careful.
One may be avid and headstrong. Some may applaud this; others shrink from it. Escape may be sought through local, or more long-range, travel which reassures one that the variety of life has advantages, places to run to, if one is not a desperado.
We remain in the Bright Hermetic Epoch. One may wonder at this, considering the difficulties outlined above. What it means is that no matter the problems, one's mind is free and strong and able to cope with them and work out wise plans. Breadth of vision gives over-all orientation. Ideals and lofty opinions are not dead, and through them one can approach the magnitude of confident living, relying on strength from the past, one's parentage and ancestry.
