It seems you may be concerned about mistakes people may be making which could end badly so you feel you need to correct them in time. Yet there can be considerable artistry and accord in the process.

It is good to be sure that anything you attempt is really feasible, rather than waste time and substance on anything prematurely. Have regard to "the fitness of things." You may feel irascible about some matters and throw yourself into the fray of quarrelsomeness. Calming down and commanding yourself first, and understanding the other's viewpoint, might be better than fighting. 

You may feel some insecurity or timidity about things you worry about but do not totally understand.  Then you may be rescued from whatever danger you might fathom. Safety begins internally with awareness of all details yet with a refusal to let any of them fluster you.

There is an essentially naive reliance on the depths of yourself and your simple composure in all situations. Therefore you may display without planning some powers of which you are unconscious.  You may be entitled to more than you possess.

Considering the above, maybe it's a good day to rest or attend to spiritual pursuits or something which comforts your soul.

I take Saturday off each week, so do not write a complete Sunday report. But here is something from CEO Carter about the current sun square Saturn aspect. These happen four times a year and so are "normal" and yet (by a ten-degree orb) those 20 days, or three week periods, do seem unusually difficult. This one goes from September 16 through October 5. The Blasey-Ford-versus-Kavanaugh hearings happened in the middle of it and we are not finished with that yet. The final vote on Kavanaugh might come by Friday the 5th. 

Issues of government are indicated in different ways by both Saturn and the sun. Saturn is the government being, for oneself, a restrictive force denying one what one would like. The sun is the government being the "good Master" who grants you favors or, through its governing order, allows you to proceed confidently with your plans. When they are squared to each other we usually find ourselves hemmed in more than usual, not necessarily by government itself but by others, perhaps, who assume a governing role in our lives. Traditionally this is the father or patriarchy (or a mother or matriarchy). Or it could be a boss or whoever has a governing role in your life whether or not you chose that person to be such.

CEO Carter in delineating this aspect speaks of "heavy responsibilities." To fulfill them there has to be "hard work and patience." 

"The highest significance of the contact is, perhaps, profound and painstaking thought, a moral, well-ordered life, and wise, well-considered actions. There is a strong constructive tendency and a desire to ordinate which may appear in an intellectual form (perhaps a desire to philosophize or ordinate the mental life), or in the desire to govern and shape the destinies of communities, or to build up and control great businesses."

}Through Crisis to Correction{

Feelings are hard and bitter, concerning the Ford-Kavanaugh dispute. You may or may not believe me, but I see both sides clearly. I could go on with a long essay pointing out what I agree with on both sides and what troubles me about both sides. I am not sure that would help and besides, this is an astrology forecast or meditation, not a political one, although since we comment on current events we can't avoid politics entirely.

The astrology of it is, partly:  There is a long-term square between Venus and Mars, female and male (and other things besides) which began (by seven degrees) on August 29 and lasts through October 18. Mars is in Aquarius, Kavanaugh's sun-sign, and Venus in Scorpio, Ford's. This is about as explicit and clear as anything could be. Since these are current transits affecting everyone, we are all involved in the turmoil. Friendships and perhaps relationships may hang in the balance. Further, as pointed out here recently, both Mars and Venus are in the Dark or Slow period of their cycles (geocentrically), Mars through October 7 and Venus through December 17. This could mean, among other things, that both sexes are reviewing their pasts and their relationships, obvious in the Ford-Kavanaugh dispute but of course not confined to that. Venus, moving very slowly now (and therefore in her Slow or Dark cycle or epoch), "stops" or is at her station on October 5, thence to be retrograde until November 16. I do not know how to predict much about the Supreme Court situation just from these data, except that obviously we are already in the midst of the intense conflict and it might dissipate to some degree after October 18. It helps me, having intense and contradictory feelings about all this as many of us do, to know a little of the timeline at least.

Saturday:   There is shrewdness in handling complex practical affairs, "A woman feeding chickens and protecting them from the hawks." (Oh-oh, a "chicken hawk" is what males accused as Kavanaugh have been called.) When things get chancy or seemingly dangerous, safety can still be the outcome, "A drowning man rescued."

"A performer of a mystery play" suggests that we are still entangled in the mystery of the Blasey-Ford and other accusations,  unsure of the outcome. On a more individual level we might feel insecure---watchful but not sure what to watch for.

"A naked man falling from a rock into a lake" indicates according to Sepharial a person of a susceptible nature "liable to be drawn to his destruction by the agency of the opposite sex." We can't avoid thinking of Ford-Kavanaugh again, for both of them have had their lives "upturned" at least, and Kavanaugh said that his was near destruction. Incidentally, Bill Clinton had a planet at this degree in his natal chart, and narrowly avoided being "destroyed" in his political career. "Two bulls fighting" indicates those who cannot talk without argument or losing their tempers. (That is why, no doubt, at a communal meal last night no one at all mentioned the hearings we had probably all watched during the day. We all wanted to avoid the temperamental explosions.)

When we meet with harsh symbols such as "A man strangling a fowl" we have to look beyond the surface. Perhaps we are being warned against cruelty perpetrated either by ourselves or someone else. Perhaps we can prevent such an act. (Perhaps we ought to think about the chickens whose eggs we eat, if we do.) The final symbol is a wonderful one, "An angel standing in the sun" and Charubel says it is a Messianic degree. And so we may be aware of someone wonderful who has more than ordinary powers of healing and spiritual guidance.

I am very late writing this because like many I felt almost hypnotized by the hearings on Thursday. While I watched Christine Blasey Ford testify, I believed in her; while I watched Brett Kavanaugh testify, I believed in him. If I were a senator, I might vote against him not because I believe the allegations, but because of his stand on various things like pollution standards and criminal law. We need prison reform in a big way and I am not sure he would support anything other than harsh sentencing and cruelty, which is the right-wing approach and very wrong. We need environmental protections unless we are to become like India and China, in whose large cities those who can afford it have to wear gas masks in order to breathe and protect their health. I think he would be on the side of the polluters as are most on the Right. Those are the reasons I would not support him, not because of unverifiable allegations about what he did one day while in high school. 

Friday:  Those who labor hard and long eventually gain a reward. Today many are hypercritical, "Two bulls fighting," maybe Democrats and Republicans, fault-finders losing their tempers. So they should get back to their assigned work and do it dutifully.

Those who look to the past find it beautiful and inspiring, like relic-hunters. One might visit a restaurant which feels like an old friend. You want company and brotherly or sisterly relations with people, as at "a fellowship supper."

"A performer of a mystery play" seems to embody the peculiarity of the Blasey-Kavanaugh conflict, as if we were all, male and female, called to understand something beyond the surface of the accusations and counter-accusations, a "mystery" of human integrity being called up for review.  "A man or woman wearing a mask as in a play" is the correlative symbol from Signor Borelli. I told a friend that Kavanaugh's tears Thursday, or almost-tears, while he was getting very emotional in his defense of himself and his good relations with women and his love for them and all his friends, made me feel he was telling the truth. The friend replied that people can fake tears, "wearing a mask as in a play." I replied that perhaps Ms. Blasey-Ford was also guilty of acting a bit, because her little-girl demeanor and voice struck me as a little contrived. She did not sound like "Dr. Ford" but like a lost little high-school girl and I felt much of this was consciously or semi-consciously contrived to gain sympathy, "wearing a mask as in a play." Yet I do not judge, nor do I judge Kavanaugh. We are all somewhat masked players, perhaps.

"Hunters starting out for ducks" sounds like the "search and destroy" accusation which Kavanaugh laid against the Democrats, and which Trump echoed in a tweet with the same words. "Search and destroy" is of course what hunters do. On the other side, the Democrats might say that the Republicans were trying to "search and destroy" Blasey's credibility. Was she the duck, or Kavanaugh?  Rather than masked players or ducks, we are looking for "The ideals of a man abundantly crystallized," that is, someone who personifies human ideals, to be a Supreme Court justice. Some may think they have found him in Kavanaugh. I demur, but I will not be voting with the Senate. Each of us apart from courts and politics may have to find or believe in someone who personifies those crystallized ideals for us, on our own. Who might it be for you?  Someone you love?

\The Council of the Evolving Human Race/

I respectfully decline to try to predict the outcome of the Blasey-Kavanaugh dispute. I have, repeatedly, mentioned how Mars in Aquarius, the sun-sign of Kavanaugh, remains squared to Venus in Scorpio, the sun-sign of Blasey, so if this is not star-crossed non-lovers I don't know what would be. It is classic astrology. Further, today as (we hope) the hearing happens, the moon will be in Taurus squaring the Mars in Aquarius and opposite the Venus in Scorpio, so it is double-classic. And I am not slandering one-24th of the human race when I say that it has been my experience and observation that male Aquarians are often guilty of roughness, at the least, in their physical relation to the opposite sex and sometimes to their own. It may not be cruelty so much as a feeling that "If I want to do it, I can and should do it." However, I have seen many cases where it does indeed appear like cruelty. Again, that does not mean I automatically accept the charges against Kavanaugh. I am not making an accusation but an astrological observation. The fact that two or now maybe three women have accused him of such "roughness," at the least, might bear out the observation once more.  But the question of who ought to sit on the Supreme Court is another question and I leave it to Congress. And I shall try to write the following daily forecast-meditation without thinking much about this issue because after all we have our own lives apart from politics:

Thursday:  There are impulses toward imposing one's will by force. "A person of high intelligence and lofty aspirations, but very prone to the use of force instead of persuasion," says Sepharial. (Well obviously that is what some people think of Brett Kavanaugh, whether true or not.) Some individuals of early promise do not carry through on the promise but suffer eclipse early in life. 

Charubel gives: "A man feeling his way over a bog, where he appears to be sinking at every step he takes."  Well if I were Brett Kavanaugh, I guess that is how I would feel! "He would find it a difficult matter to make his way through this world, more especially after middle life." The Sabian symbol for Venus is "A fellowship supper" which for us today could be something pleasant. However, there is something eerie about how the purported incidents involving Kavanaugh took place at parties, and the keyword for the degree is Fraternity which in the world of MeToo is a dirty word. Again, I am not making any judgment but the symbols seem to be pointing out what is happening in the public consciousness.

Mars remains at the degree of Aquarius "A council of ancestors" in the Sabian symboliism. For Kavanaugh and his supporters this could be the "patriarchy" or the conservative Establishment. For Blasey and those supporting her it could be the "council of abused women, ancestors of those living and possibly also abused." And so we have two councils opposing each other. Perhaps there is also a wider, wiser Council of the human race which is trying through crises like this to find a better way for the sexes to understand and treat each other. Another symbol suggests mockery or humor, a sly sort of insinuating simulating playfulness, "A man wearing a mask as in a play."  This may be what Kavanaugh felt or thought he was doing during these incidents, at the time, though now he may not be smiling about it. 

"Hunters starting out for ducks" would seem to be female hunters, unless Kavanaugh and his supporters can bring some convincing evidence against the charges. The symbol suggests "freedom of action willy-nilly" according to Marc Edmund Jones, at worst "a callous exploitation of all life." Well that could be Kavanaugh and his buddies, their mentality or attitude, according to the accusers. Of course K's supporters would probably say that it is the accusers who are callously trying to bring a good man down. The sun is in the degree symbolized by "A man teaching the true inner knowledge" in the Sabian system. Where is he when we need him? Probably right at hand but we don't see or hear him. "They have eyes but do not see, ears but do not hear," said Jesus. However, it is not at all clear to me what the "true inner knowledge" would be about this particular case. We can only hope that the Senate will, by a couple of votes at least, hear and see the truth. 

Well, I did not stay with my intention to avoid writing about this non-trial which seems like a trial. It is strongly on my mind. I hope that the preceding will have other meanings as well for you in your personal life.

P. S.  I feel it important to outline, at least, something which came to me a couple days ago. We will say more later:

This time as the Dark Hermetic Epoch (based on the motions of Mercury) ended on September 2, and we entered a Bright HE until October 29, I did not feel the same "pickup" and fresh life and easier problem-solving as I usually do. I pondered why that should be and attributed it to the long-lasting square of Mars and Uranus plus the growing square between Mars and Venus. But now I think something else is afoot.

Venus as well as Mercury has a retrograde cycle, but while Mercury's happens about three times a year (hence the BHEs and DHEs, about two months each), Venus's happens only once in two to three years. If we calculate it just the way I learned through bitter experience to calculate the Hermetic Epochs, a Dark or Slow Venusian Epoch began on September 3, the very day after the Dark or Slow Hermetic Epoch ended! Oy vey. It continues through December 17. If we also consider a Martian Epoch, the Dark or Slow Martian Epoch (once every three to four years) began on May 12 and will end on October 8. And so when the DHE eneded and the BHE began, we were in the two Venus and Mars Dark or Slow Epochs.  This is something new to me that I had not considered before. We are perhaps in the process of a big discovery! This could be huge! Usually the Mars and Venus Slow Epochs would not be happening at the same time, but this time they are, and that may be why I at least (what about you?) feel as if I am walking on chewing gum. Things take too long and I am not always sure what to do and often backtrack, as in the DHE. Let me know if this seems to be happening also for you. Astrology can be comforting when it shows us reasons for our difficulties. And not just comforting, but useful because if we understand something about those difficulties we are better able to surmount them or at least live through them with more hope and optimism.  October 8 through 28, exactly three weeks, could be the better part of this particular Bright Hermetic Epoch. Let us hope.

I know everyone is thinking about the Blasey-Kavanaugh dispute and how it will turn out. I have studied the daily chart for Thursday, when supposedly there will be a hearing, though the details are still unclear, and find it a distinctly bad day for both Aquarius (Kavanaugh) and Scorpio (Blasey, unless she was born at the end of November making her Sagittarius; we only have her month so far). So since they will both have a bad day, I can't predict who will be favored. Most likely people will obstinately continue to back whoever they were backing in the first place, based on partisan or ideological preferences.

Meanwhile I wrote a long, detailed, and if I do say so myself, excellent discussion of Jupiter in Scorpio as related to our long year of MeToo revelations, and published it in the Tuesday forecast. No one has commented on it or "liked" it. So I assume no one is interested either in Jupiter in Scorpio or in MeToo!  Rather surprising. So I will just forget politics and concentrate on the usual daily "reading" which is intended to be an accurate meditation on what might be going through your and everyone's consciousness, in multitudinously varying styles, on Wednesday:

Wednesday:  Using tools could be important. Maybe knives or tools for engraving, or if that is unlikely in your life, then other tools or perhaps technological conveniences. One wants to, or needs to, shape things. (Since the moon is void-of-course, do be careful if there is any possibility of injury.)

"A fellowship supper" could have multitudinous applications; it suggests fraternity, community, sorority or whatever kind of group association feels happy. Don't expect things to go as planned, necessarily (moon v-of-c). 

Someone youthful and precocious could be on your mind; he or she knows how to make pleasure an occupation or career, as it were; yet could at times have to give up that playboy or playgirl existence to do some labor which might have a farming element in it, or get by with income from something simple and realistic. 

It is good to use foresight so one does not get caught in a complex of circumstances which are like falling over oneself, or down a mountainside. One key could be avoiding loneliness through amiable group activity, "A group around a campfire."

This might be also "A council of ancestors," so that you are trying to exemplify something in your blood, a high ideal to make you proud of your actual or symbolic ancestry. Some of this can be expressed playfully part of the time, as if not serious, and yet a strain of purpose underlies the mirth or comedic dramatization.

^Creative Fellowship Within Noble Duty^

We are still under the rays of the Full Moon of Libra-Aries, which was exact Monday evening at 7:54p PT | 10:54p ET | 2:54a UT

One of those Eureka! moments hit me this morning as I considered an article titled "The Long Year of #MeToo." I have mentioned before that it did seem to begin exactly when Jupiter entered Scorpio in the fall of 2017. But I didn't remember the details, so I checked the following: #MeToo: A Timeline of Events from the Chicago Tribune. Sure enough, although someone coined the term in 2006, the Tribune starts the current breakout of the movement on precisely October 5, 2017, when the NYTimes published an expose of Harvey Weinstein, which then became a continuing story with many chapters. Then on October 15,  Actress Alyssa Milano reignites "Me Too" with the tweet "If you've been sexually harassed or assaulted write 'me too' as a reply to this tweet," and it quickly turned into a movement. (says the Tribune). 

Eureka! Flashing light bulb above the head of Cosmic, or is it comic, Piper! Because he immediately checked his faithful ephemeris (owned since the 1990s, frayed and almost falling apart) and found--prepare yourself, this is epochal!--that Jupiter entered Scorpio (for the first time in twelve years, its time for cycling the zodiac) on October 10, 2017! Five days before the tumultuous #MeToo tweeting campaign began! Cause and effect? The anti-astrologers say, No, mere coincidence! And yet for the past year while Jupiter has been in Scorpio--well, I don't have to say it. Endless #MeToo revelations, including the trial of Bill Cosby as just one incident which is still going on this week and perhaps near some conclusion. And, need I declare, now what seems almost the capstone of the whole thing, the Blasey-Kavanaugh dispute coming right into everyone's living room. The movement has reached right up into the Supreme Court! 

Jupiter the planet is said since ancient times to be the ruler of fortunate or eminent individuals (historically mostly males), of the clergy and priests, of prominent businessmen, of judges and the judiciary. So we find that for the past year these very individuals have been accused hugely of sexual (Scorpio) impropriety. Further, on September 9 Venus entered Scorpio, and will remain there through October while stationary and retrograde. So we have two major planets in Scorpio while these sexual (Scorpio is the sign of sex and of the sex organs) revelations or accusations (take your pick) are at their peak. Scorpio can also be a sign of crisis and of death--in this case, the deaths of careers or reputations. (The female Scorpion is said sometimes to kill and eat the male after copulation, but this is said by the experts to be relatively rare. It sometimes seems symbolically appropriate.)  And, on top of all this, Christine Blasey is Scorpio (or "born in November" so probably so). 

Jupiter shall enter Sagittarius on November 8, not to return to Scorpio for eleven years. More about that later. Meanwhile we have more than enough to handle. Oh, as for the good side of Jupiter in Scorpio, we ought to talk about that also. 

Tuesday:   (First, I'm writing this on Monday and I have to say, with the moon both void-of-course and in the |difficult third| of this week, I am feeling both just as predicted--"What am I doing here anyway?" I did write the above section, and think it is good, but I may have treated a serious subject too flippantly so some will think I don't care about women and their problems with male testosterone out of control. Further, I find that I am behind on other projects and find it hard to care or get started. Void-of-course. Plus, I find in the NYTimes and elsewhere that Kavanaugh digs in his heels and also his accusers dig in their heels, yet nothing is moving or happening except just waiting for a supposed hearing. Rod Rosenstein was said this morning to be meeting with Trump today maybe to resign, or be fired, then a couple hours later the story changed--he will meet Trump on Thursday. Moon v-of-c, again, and also the |karmically difficult third| of the week. A friend who does not believe in these forecasts also seems depressed and upset for reasons I don't know. Also, the sun is square Saturn by less than two degrees. Saturn is in Capricorn, Rod Rosenstein's sun-sign. This development with him possibly losing his job could be very significant to the Mueller investigation and other matters directly affecting Trump.)

Again, Tuesday:  We wish for magic powers and possibly have them if we can launch them under the aegis of the sun's square with Saturn, exact today, a very non-magical aspect demanding hard work. "A fellowship supper," Fraternity, is a pleasant degree showing that no matter how harsh people seem there is some attempt at community of spirit and human company.

A precocious person is full of the bloom of youth. Yet many feel deprived of their freedom, "A man in chains." Usually this is self-imposed bondage. Or, in a higher sense it should be one's self-enslavement to a good task one believes in, which does good to one's soul as well. 

Restless and impulsive choices could lead to further complications, like bouncing down a mountainside, unless one can be aware of innovations into unlimited possibilities, "The dawn of a new day, everything changed."

People sometimes simulate others, in a joking or acting manner, avoiding responsibilities and making fun of all including themselves. There could be such moments, whether you or someone else is master of the charade. Yet still we participate in "a council of ancestors," a group conscience calling to us to uphold rich traditions which sustain everyone, each in his or her own station.

Drifting and dreaming is perhaps better than worrying, unless the worry results in important effort on something crucial. That can be needed even during a v-of-c period, though probably with unusual interruptions or changes in routine. 

With both v-of-c and |difficult third| at once, moods can be "What is the point of it all? Why try?" so we need to keep our hopes up.

Fine perceptions and intuitions abound. There could be fortifying or comforting music. Yet this does not interfere with practicality. In some part of your life you see what "must be done" to  preserve your well-being and can do it. 

Some individuals are, inwardly, much more than they seem on the surface, perhaps saintly or angelic in some sense even though outwardly unnoticed and unsung. Others, more melancholy, are consciously searching for spiritual or scientific truth and  do not give up, with an almost religious dedication.

Children may be in your life or on your mind to an unusual degree. Or you may be letting yourself experience some childlike qualities in yourself such as free self-amusement.  You can articulate much when in conflict with anyone, whether directly or indirectly through thinking or reading, because the opposite viewpoints help you to see directly down the middle into the truth.The simplicity of a child can state obvious truths which seem shocking.

Some individuals have an impact on the world in a quiet way which is a form of healing, whether consciously or not. "A Hindu healer" is a wonderful symbol showing that we do not always know what gurus, yogis or saints we may be indebted to for the world's continual healing, comforting and regenerating.  Some of that could be definitely needed in regard especially to children,who are either orphans or abandoned somehow. Or it could be that we feel ourselves as orphans or without the support we need. Yet invisible agencies are there to protect and guide.

P. S.  We are in the Suit of Hearts beginning today! This may seem odd and superstitious, but a system I discovered decades ago (that is, I discovered the book which teaches it best, The Sacred Symbols of the Ancients by Edith Randall and Florence Campbell. I haven't checked lately but last time I looked it was out of print and only available for more than $200!!) Anyway, if you can stretch your mind a little to believe in "calendar magic" or whatever it might be called, the final days of the months July through December are Heart days, each ascribed to a card in the suit of Hearts. And I have found this to be so very true, and that those born on any of these days are usually wonderful, loving people. Anyway, today, the 24th, is the King of Hearts today and tomorrow the Queen of that suit. Down to the 7 of hearts on September 30. (By December, the King of Hearts comes on the 18th and the Ace of Hearts on the 30th, followed by the Fool on the 31st!) (But this is not foolishness!)  You may take it with a grain of salt but notice how people seem to you from today through the 30th. You may be pleasantly surprised. They are at least trying to represent the loving side of humanity, the Hearts. It can be wonderful. Who is on your doorstep, in your thoughts, in your Facebook feeds or calling you on the phone? Probably someone who has an important loving connection with you.

The sun and Mercury squaring Saturn, very closely now, are saying "Face your difficulties and what looks impossible, and do the impossible. Carry on despite doubts and anxieties." The same two planets trine Mars, also very closely, are likewise saying "You have the strength, energy and machismo (or femishismo if there is such a thing) to do this, even if you have to do it at home or in a secluded spot, almost in secret." 

Luna trine Venus in water signs says "There is love, even if somewhat remote or mystical while obscured by the differences exacerbated by Venus square Mars. So keep finding the deeper meaning of love beyond possession or lust." 

As for the Venus-Mars square: It is always crucial, not only in relations between the sexes but all human relations and it tends to make us unhappy. The excellent Theosophical astrologer CEO Carter made this clearer than anyone, saying "This . . . configuration does not favor happiness, for a double reason: The native does actually meet more than his due share of unkindness, and besides is usually more sensitive than the average person to it. Interior happiness . . . is put at the mercy of the rough and rude elements of life. . . . Adaptation and all forms of mutuality and relationship . . . tend to be unfortunate in some manner or other." I can't speak for you, but this demarcates some of my current feelings about myself and others. How long? By a seven-degree orb, it began on August 29 and extends through October 18. That is unusually long, because Venus is slowing down and going retrograde (October 4) during the process. 

Shades of the Blasey-Kavanaugh dispute! "She said, but he said." We seem to have some perverse fascination with this. Despite my better instincts, I find myself eager every morning to see the latest development in the unsavory soap opera. Perhaps it is reflecting to all of us something about our own sex lives or love lives or what has gone wrong with them.  Again, Carter says of the square (or opposition) between Venus and Mars: "Sometimes it is an indication of being the victim of immorality in some form or other." That is exactly what Blasey claims and Kavanaugh denies.  

Oh wow, breaking news! I see that while before there were no birth data for Christine Blasey, now her birthdate is given as November, 1966 (no exact date). Eureka! She is most likely Scorpio, and Kavanaugh is Aquarius, and during this whole Venus-Mars square episode, Mars is in Aquarius and Venus in Scorpio!  Could anything be clearer, astrologically? And those who say that astrology is pure hokum ought to be hanging their heads in shame. They are missing so much because of their obstinacy. 

We also have the sun going into Libra Sunday, for a month, while this aspect remains (it will be exact on October 9th-11th), and Libra is Venus-ruled and known by astrologers to be a fickle sign or often "unfaithful in love" and is also the sign of the judicial system, the scales and balance. Whatever happens, at least Kavanaugh is experiencing some of what it must feel like to be accused of a crime, which is good for every judge and I sometimes wish all of them had gone through it. (Another episode tomorrow or next week . . . ) 

Saturday:  What is the truth? You are thinking along those lines, in connection with something important, and you are able to make the right discrimination. Also rapport is available with others, to the point even of romance, "The moon shining across a lake." 

Someone melancholy and eccentric seems to have a mind obscured by strange studies and musings. Where this will lead, no one knows. But a childlike trustfulness is recommended (except in cases of evident danger). Perhaps he or she is inwardly more advanced than appearances would suggest and is unable to make evident that inward almost-heavenly state of mind. 

There is a need to reconcile the childlike, which takes form in wanting to be with children or young or childlike people, or assume their attitudes, with something more serious, an immediate service you need to perform, or owe to someone. Things that are incomplete do not have to be discouraging. You escape confusion and disappointment by safeguarding your responsibilities. 

Being flighty and restless, without designing anything, could lead to too many involvements. Yet even then you can invoke, or pray for, healing, an overshadowing harmony from Above which is almost magical in its results. Outward flexibility plus inward sincerity are a winning combination.

}Illegitimate or Legitimate Flight from Worry{

I'm not sure that moaning and groaning about hard aspects helps anyone. I have to do it sometimes to be honest. I feel that not just myself but all the people around me (and whom I know on the Internet) are going through a hard time, and I ascribe it to (a) Mars square Uranus, which seems to last an eternity and is still with us (punk-rock whining or repressed or explosive anger), (b) Venus square Mars, which as pointed out before lasts until mid-October (Kavanaugh versus Blasey-Ford, as one instance), and (c) now both sun and Mercury square Saturn, lasting through the first week of October. This is always depressing, though on the positive side it stimulates realism, practicality and long hard endeavor. Saturn says "This is your dharma, your karma, your work, now do it!" The sun, sometimes, say, "No, that's beneath my dignity!" Then there is trouble, missed assignments, loss and hard feelings. Or, if the sun says, "Yes, Saturn, I see the reason for your assignment, let's get on with it!" all can go well.

The general feeling from all these aspects hitting at once can be, "Nothing is going right, I am weary, exploited, spent, and for what?" Or it can be "Not a lot is easy now but I am going to do the best I can and wait for smoother times, which will be much better if I face the music and do what I need to do." 

End of work-ethic sermon! I am giving it to myself mostly but you are along for the ride. Still, I should not apologize for it because we all need it. 

The bright spot is the Bright Hermetic Epoch which I have pointed out is with us now, and we are in the center of it so you can sit down and figure out the best approach to your work, money, diet, health, and any project. Your judgment is good.

Friday:  There is poetic and prophetic hope.  "The moon shining across a lake" shows rapport with someone or other at least for a time. The song Melodie by Cro linked here reflects this. It's a nice, uplifting video and good music (you don't need to know the German). 

The derelict soldier deviating from duty is still with us. This could be something in you or someone you work with. The moon v-of-c late morning or early afternoon for the rest of the day may give us an excuse for slacking off except for true essentials. We learn in mysterious ways, "A man gaining secret knowledge from a paper he is reading."  

The defiant deserter from the navy also is lurking around the port. Hence the old punk tune by Good Charlotte, a bit of whining against the way things are, the navy officers and regulations. Oh we may as well whine if we feel like it maybe, if that "gets it out of the system."  An archer shooting toward a flight of birds for no reason could be some fruitless speculative project. Again the v-of-c moon could be an excuse. 

You may have occult ability or know those who do. Together we are conquering the demons of the world if we stay righteous.  Ceremonials or rituals, ecclesiastical, rabbinical or mystical could be effective.

}Overcoming Temptation to Deviation{

As often, the aspects and symbols point to binary sides of human life which seem either contradictory or paradoxical to our consciousness, unless we have been trained in Hegelian or Daoist (Taoist) logic. We have the need for keeping on with a laborious task. And we have the likelihood of rebellion against ordinary dull tasks. Obviously you have to solve that dilemma yourself. There is something you do regularly like "turning a big wheel" without which the world would fail. That is a burden and yet it is what you have to do and if you do it without complaining the world keeps turning and you are safe and happy. It gets you involved in human life in ways you might want to avoid but when you accept the involvement by diving in you gain fulfillment. Were you to truckle to uneasy escapist assumptions, you would feel harassed and worried and your time might go to waste. 

The mission you want to carry out could lead to fruitfulness, gain, a prosperous life. You would then feel generous, with many friends or a large family. To attain that you need to fight off the things which would hinder you. 

"A soldier derelict in duty" might be what you fear you would be if you were to deviate from what seems clear duty. Ryan Adams's song "Come Pick Me Up" posted here today is a perfect dramatization of "Oh what the hell, let's just drop everything and have a relaxed happy time." I am tempting you with it! Or, it might fortify you to find a way of keeping up with duty while still enjoying life somehow. The "bald-headed man" who has a taste for dominance could be your boss, a real or imagined guru or coach, or yourself in your sterner poise toward yourself! By obeying his or your directives you are not less but more powerful. 

We have another symbol of rebellion, "A deserter from the navy." "Come pick me up, let's go to the port bar!" Well, maybe not. You are aware of some glittering gem, diamond, gold-piece which is lying there (bitcoin for some maybe) and you think you could get it, it seems right there to be mined, but to do that you can't be a deserter from what is really dear to you (if you were to stop and ponder). The "navy" is some routine you owe to the social-economic scene which has made your life possible in the first place. By doing that you will still find time for your personal "gold mine" endeavors. 

All this is highlighted by what I pointed out a few days ago: Today is the very center of this Bright Hermetic Epoch (September 2 -- October 28). With Mercury and the sun conjoined, you can see clearly. What is it you have been thinking about, planning, plotting in the past few days or weeks? Some of it is likely to be just right, just what you need to do. You maybe have tried to organize eating, dieting, exercise in a better way. Good. Maybe it is study, learning, course material or a skill you want to improve. Good. Maybe it is fresh business or financial or budgeting methods. Good. You are likely to be right about a lot of that, and so should not let those insights slip away from you after these golden moments have passed.

This could be a favorable day in many ways. If you are launching a project, or want to connect with some opportunity, or make a deal, or propose something to someone, the hours before the void-of-course time (given above) could be magical. The time after Luna enters Aquarius might also be advantageous but chancier, with possibilities of temperamental storms or differences. You are involved deeply with things which mean a lot to you and could forward them with great success.

A mission you have requires the ability to face opponents and either win over them or win them over.  Some may seem awkward or backward, or you may think of yourself that way. Yet somebody stumbles on to victory.

Independence means a lot to you and you are bold in insisting on it. Yet the milieu in which you move is somewhat traditional and old-style, which is reassuring because the past is something settled on which to rely as one moves forward gently and civilly. 

Rebellion against anything meaningless in group loyalties makes for liberation of the spirit, provided there is no ill will. And so it appears that one will push the limits of social or political faithfulness to do something fresh, while being as inoffensive as possible. The result could be quite remarkable good fortune, whether or not the fruits of it are ready to be picked today.
