An artless or happy-go-lucky style may be appropriate. Purposes seem fragmented. There can be intense enthusiasm whether of a spiritual nature or something more common such as debauchery.
An eccentric approach takes you unusual places in your mind and perhaps physically. You can be singing to yourself as you go. You expand toward something or someone you emulate.
It is intelligent to see both sides and look ahead, as in Hegelian Dialectic. You might be where piano music or singing makes you and others feel popular and appreciated. You may be intense and nonchalant, giving up designs in favor of spontaneity. In that case the first sentence of this paragraph refers to your internal attitude, which could be intelligently comprehensive even if outwardly things seem inconsequent.
The waning moon can make for instability. You may be drawn to friends or those who might become friends whether they actually do or not. Friends in this case are something to lean on when you feel you have no firm direction of your own. Enthusiasm could amount to mental intoxication. Not everything is formula, though formulaic teachings in philosophy and psychology can be fascinating and helpful and could give you wings. You see both sides of every issue, question or attitude in order to get to a third, a synthesis which liberates (whether formulated verbally or intuited euphorically).

Halloweens past and places past could be heavy in your consciousness. You are shrewd in sensing what is worth doing and what not. A lot could happen helter-skelter but harmoniously if you get in a mood of freedom. Masks and imitations are indicated in symbols for the day so the spirit of costumed fun is with us.
People are not forgetting basic kindness or goodness and so there could be people feeding or otherwise being kindly to one another in the midst of holiday festivities. There is music and singing; no one's excellence interferes with anyone else's. Some will be holding up a banner representing a cause, wanting to make the holiday mean something more than buffoonery.
A stereoscopic vision is intelligent, getting depth through more than one perspective. Not only can there be super-intelligence but super-revelation, spiritual vision, among and through and above the costumes. Some may feel orphaned or in need of guidance (Mercury retrograde conjoined to the sun and Saturn in Scorpio) but moods seem mostly harmonious.
Cloudiness and drift are temporary and could lead to fun rather than boredom. People are pretending to be monsters maybe, but their hearts are kind (however, spare us more kindly vampire stories, please!). Play-acting is an art form. Those not drawn to it can still enjoy at a more mental level of observation and perspective, for the aforementioned triple conjunction in Scorpio heightens perception to a point of brilliance, as in the Hegelian dialectic which yields real magic of transformation by combining opposite viewpoints alchemically.
