}Delays and Work; a New Hopeful Friendly Moon{

I write this Wednesday evening, without Internet connection. The wireless service for which I am paying is “unavailable” until tomorrow morning. (“DNS server is not responding," thank you. So while I am writing this on time, it may be posted too late for your morning reading. Later: The hookup was reconstituted just after 8 a.m. PT | 11a ET | 3p UT and I am posting as soon as possible.) I note that Mercury is sailing along to its conjunction with Saturn. Often this produces the same kinds of delays which the Mercury Retrograde period is famous for. That conjunction is in full force Thursday, which is also the second day of the |specially difficult or demanding third of the week|. I hope it will not be too stressful for you. You may have to deal with delays and tie-ups in your work especially, or with individuals who are important to you or “over” you in some organization. What can you do? Be patient, and work out the details slowly but conscientiously. Saturn sometimes delays or ties up the surface factors in a situation in order to force us to go deeper into something more soulful or deeply purposeful. We complain about it, while it serves a purpose obscure to us.

The New Moon of Libra begins at 11:46a PT | 2:46p ET | 6:46p UT. You might re-read what I posted in yesterday’s report about relationships for it is equally valid today. Relations with someone important in your work are intense, disturbing or disappointing, yet looking slowly better as of now. It is up to you, not the stars, to push toward the positive a little. However, don’t worry if some of the delays are insuperable.

Venus and Mars remain together in Scorpio, a heftily lascivious or sensuous situation among the planets, hinting at “star-crossed lovers.” This could be picking up steam because while these two have been unaspected for a couple weeks, now Mars is moving toward good aspects with Jupiter and Uranus while Venus as of today is moving backward (retrograde) toward a good aspect with Pluto. Hints of love or erotic stimulation are suffusing the atmosphere. (I use words carefully. “Hint” means hint, not necessarily more, although if you want more it is well to be alert to the hints.)

Friends who have been absent or away may be slightly nearer. Yet there are still obscure factors confusing the matter.

The New Moon brings fresh inspiration and confidence, so after it begins (time above) you could explore, in your thinking, paths toward what you would like during the next month. A pleasant contemplative approach could yield an outlook both happy and workable.
