Negatively it could mean that many lose their balance by getting involved with more than they can fly with or carry with them into the air. Positively it could be "an idealistic originality" with the keyword Distinctiveness.
"A thick wood at the back of a field in which a man is plowing with an ox" could be the semi-rural scenes in which Kennedy has been persistently campaigning. Or, for us individually, it can be "laborious habits of one attached to he country life as a close student of nature. The mind is retiring and modest, gifted with patience and firmness. This person is fortunate even if not very rich or prominent."
"A lovely garden of flowers" suggests "good taste, fine sensibilities, admiring nature in her most lovely garb though perhaps not appreciating her ruder, more sublime grandeur such as the roar of Niagara."

(This may apply more to the psychic than physical weather because we are in the Luna-Saturn third of this week when there is often rain.)
