~Frazzled?~

1 Frazzled! That is how I feel while the moon is in Scorpio opposite Uranus and square Saturn, as it is as I write on Thursday and also shall be through most of Friday. So many difficult issues to face, in consciousness at least.
2 There is a Grand Cross in fixed signs, completed by the moon. This is not exactly “crucifixion” but can be mistaken for it. Too much to worry about.
3 This will be gone by Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, so the Labor Day weekend should be smoother than Wednesday through Friday.
4 There is a lot of alarmist language in politics. Trump is the victim of a witch hunt. Biden may be impeached, according to some on the Right who hope the Republicans will take over Congress after the November election. There is talk of “a divorce” between the red and blue states. People are getting ahead of themselves in dire premonitions.
5 A lot of this is connected with the long-term square between Uranus and Saturn. I have mentioned this in connection with the Ukraine war. The aspect began (by ten degrees) in January 2020, just when the Covid pandemic was starting up, and it ends by January 24, 2023. And so, as coincident with the pandemic, perhaps all that will cool off by January of next year. Let us hope so. Even now it seems that those holding on to masks and vaccines are way out of date, but the aspect continues so maybe that is why.
6 In addition to all this, Mars and the sun are in a square. This can be anger or upset in connection with neighbors or relatives.
7 It also makes for strife internationally, and there is too much of that to even summarize. Further, it is very hard to figure out what is “really” going on because we are in a Dark Hermetic Epoch until October 17. I pity those in Ukraine, but also any others anywhere who are victims of injustice.
8 We obviously need spiritual growth, prayer, and the protection of the Supreme.
9 Some seem to be chasing their tails. Democrats are chasing their Trump tail and Republicans are chasing their Biden tail, if you sense what I mean. These alarmist reactions are not good for anyone.
10 Mercury opposite Jupiter is making people strong in their opinions, but not careful. It makes for “religious difficulties” and disagreements, as well as bad judgment whether in politics, business, or finance. A cure for that is acknowledging both sides in any dispute or dialectic and trying to find an at least temporary resolution.
11 Mercury turns retrograde September 9-10 until October 2. This could make many things even more confusing, so we need utter patience.
12 Those on a spiritual path need to be vigilant. Sri Aurobindo writes, “. . .crush the many longings for whose sake / We lose the One for whom our lives were made.” “This now he willed to discover and exile, / The element in him betraying God.”
13 There are issues between the past versus the future. There is the “good past” which is one’s spiritual traditions or good family memories or memories of good friendships, good times, etc. These are cheering and strengthening. But there is also the “bad past” which can be an escape or a trap so that one retreats into it to avoid current issues or needs. For example, I find myself spending too much time watching an old TV series. It may be okay to a point, but cutting down would be wise so that I focus more on making my own contribution to the world.
14 We do have the holiday weekend and, as mentioned, the aspects are somewhat smoother for Saturday through Monday. Praise the Lord.
