1 Mining in a rock with a pickaxe means being honest and laborious. Service is magic. One also has to dig to find truth.
2 The glories of Nature are multiple, no matter what the weather, and one may research into its secrets as a “naturalist,” a scientist without off-putting “peer review” because one trusts oneself to discover reality through the graces of the very natural world one investigates. A scientist in a lab might never discover a natural well, but a naturalist could.
3 The Dark or Slow Hermetic Epoch, until October 17, while Mars is in Gemini, ruler of the arms and hands, suggests that one needs both hands to hold Truth about anything, and this is not easy because one takes hold of it by just one hand and then finds that one has to use the other also, and still things are inconclusive. But the quest is invigorating and inspiring even if “answers” remain uncertain. “Everything is green, and everything is on the move.”
4 With the sun opposite Neptune, truths also appear through “a conversation by telepathy.” This can be calming and peace-providing because one is “at one” with others subjectively. Or it can, under the aegis of Mars square Venus, be thrilling when two are sado-masochistically seducing each other in some subtle way.
5 Can there be some sheer entertainment? Maybe, with Luna in smooth aspect with Jupiter, Mars and Pluto. “A large assembly room and a man at the piano who is artistic, eloquent and popular.” Gemini ruling the hands can indicate pianists or other performers on instruments, and both the moon and Mars are in that sign.
6 Love never dies, despite the square between Venus and Mars. “The true lover’s knot” suggests “a person having strong sympathies; very affectionate; very confiding.” Meanwhile “he or she may pass through this world unnoticed and with the finest feelings of the soul unreciprocated.”
