Harrowing criticism combined with pugnaciousness can be sarcastic or ironic. However, it might bring to light fallacies and errors of judgment. Ruthless examination of things and of propositions is sometimes needed. At a more naive leve, " a chubby boy on a hobbyhorse" is testing out his valor and determination in a way which might seem ridiculous but could help him find himself and his particular talents by emulating the "rider" he imagines.
Venus's increasing trine with Mars is good news. It brings out the beauty of life, as in enchanting visions symbolized by landscape paintings, or by "a vista extending to a great distance; on either side are majestic trees covered with a profusion of foliage." There is idealism and possibly artistic gifts. Beauty plus hope are exhilarating, imaged in "three cups of wine standing upon a table in the form of a triangle." This could be excessive indulgence, or it could be purely spiritual intoxication and enthusiasm.
Whatever project you might be considering, it is favored especially over the next ten days which are the culmination of a Bright Hermetic Epoch. "A man in a balloon with the dark clouds beneath him" has experimented and investigated laboriously and is now enjoying his success. Beneath him is the foundation of his attainments, "an ancient bas-relief carved in granite." The present moment is "a recurrent manifestation of all that ever has been or ever can be" (Dr. Jones). One can "bring all things into a pattern of convenience."
