Some feel they are conductors of 'a ferry boat carrying people across a wide deep stream.' They are 'guides and teachers of the public of much service to others more than to themselves.' Fortunately 'the human soul' is 'receptive to growth and understanding' so that such service bears fruit.
With Luna square Neptune and then void-of-course, things may seem hard to fathom, mystical, so that one feels like 'a performer of a mystery play.' The world and oneself are mutually interpreted in subtle ways. We need one another, as well as those from the past who are ever-living, to keep on passing the torch of human values in 'a relay race.'
We are in the final few days of an Old Moon, when things often seem less energetic, yet we 'are possessed of almost boundless sources of vitality; and when brought low by illness very soon recuperate.' The energy is weltering within even when we relax or rest. At the mental or spiritual level there is also renovation, inculcated by study of 'an ancient hieroglyphic manuscript with a retort and crucible upon it.' The manuscript brings knowledge handed down, while the retort and crucible are fresh experimental efforts. Deep research could lead some to 'essay the Magnum Opus.'
