Challenge: People are feeling restrained, held back, almost imprisoned, even though a holiday weekend is beginning. They are looking for principles or solid truths which can protect them. The "enemy" may not be obvious yet it is felt that some "enemy" could be advancing upon one. Looking to the past and mistakes one has made could help, because old-fashioned "repentance" is still one of the healthiest things one can do with one's mind and feelings. The "enemy" is usually within. Who has not made mistakes? Seeing them can lead to a reformulation of one's thinking and purposing. "A strong hand supplanting political hysteria" seems like something we need, rather than hands fomenting hysteria for political purposes. The T square among Venus, Mars and Saturn has people on edge. Maybe your hand is a hand which can eliminate counsels of confusion. There is power in clarification.
Opportunity: "A man driving a bull or an ox" might relate to the "bull" stock market which some fear could become a bear. It has had two bad days yet some investors might make moves which are appropriate and prospering, and others might decide that "no move" is best. Complacency is sometimes a good policy when nothing new is required. It's a holiday weekend. "A naked, innocent infant is protected by some strange unseen power" and so we may find refuge in several good aspects offsetting the dire T square.
Blessing: Some who are not well-understood are hiding humanity and kindness behind their masks of gruffness or sarcastic humor. "A Muse weighing twins" judges values effectively, relieving anxiety about contrary valuations. Venus's sextile with Mercury coincides with rich enjoyment of music, clothing, jewelry, the arts, and entertainment. There is "a broad tract of open fields under the moon's rays, a river winding its way through them." This is a peaceful, tranquil, obliging influence which brings harmony no matter how many minor expectations are frustrated or forced to revision.
