Moon in Scorpio-->Sagittarius
/moon is void-of-course

You may laugh, but it seems true that Neptune in Pisces, the planet of the ocean in the sign of the fish (or dolphin or whale), has a lot to do with flooding, sometimes. (It has other deeper, spiritual meanings.) I see today that the current horrid Monsoon flooding in India, taking lives, is the worst in 25 years. Neptune entered Pisces in April 2011 and shall be there until April 2025. At present the closest square or opposition in the sky is a square between Jupiter and Neptune (one degree and 35 minutes of arc). Jupiter can be "too much of something" at the physical level. With Neptune, too much water! Now, laugh: Two nights ago I awoke to hear a strange sound and looked in the bathroom. Somehow I had left the tap in the sink running. It had been going on for at least an hour. Way too much water! But fortunately the drain was working and there was no overflow. That's the first time this has ever happened to me. Now, laugh again: Just a few minutes ago I was in my kitchen and found the sink full of stagnant water. The drain is clogged. It's fixable but I don't like putting that "liquid plumber" in it---bad for the environment---and also don't like calling the plumber. Something shall be done, no doubt. Meanwhile both Indians and I are victims of stagnant water. Neptune, retrograde and squared Jupiter, is laughing, or maybe crying.
Wednesday: Mars is at 29 Virgo, just before it enters Libra, or in other words shall occupy the place the sun occupies on the day of the Autumnal Equinox. So we are having another "entrance into fall" perhaps---and Cbarubel's symbol for this last degree of Virgo is "On the right a tract of land enveloped in gloom and fog; on the left the scenery is all sunshine." It would appear that the sunshine is behind us, in terms of seasons, but perhaps with us today. Charubel says this is someone determined to find and speak the truth with utter discrimination, "and nothing but the truth."
Someone is devoted to aquatic exercises or boating, and also to "the joys of Bacchus." Well some of the Indians subject to the monsoons have used boats to get around their home towns. I doubt that they have been going to the liquor store, but who can say. "A group of cattle browsing in the sunshine" suggests placidity and easy pleasures.
There can be seclusion, whether chosen or forced upon one, as if one were imprisoned or self-imprisoned, yet "even the caged bird will sing." Maybe you are alone when researching something, tabulating results as if a scientist. Careful observation brings distinction. "The truth and nothing but the truth."
The serous side of things is "immediate service," and to do that effectively one avoids "a false call," not even hearing it. That is how we could dismiss pointless diversions when we are doing something of value to the world. Then we feel certain and strong within ourselves like the Chanticleer---the rooster crowing confidently because his presence and message are accepted by all in the barnyard---we are unchallenged.
