"Three mounds of knowledge on a philosopher's head" is wonderfully suggestive of high and insightful thinking. Whether this be through a Socratic or Hegelian dialectic, or the peculiar threefold logic of the American philosopher Charles Peirce, or something that just comes to you, it could be fascinating. It includes musing on those long gone from the material world, because "a woman is sitting on a tombstone in the act of weeping." In a sense, sensitive and sympathetic, she enjoys the sobbing, for it brings back those she loves sharply and poignantly.

You may spend time working in seclusion, as if the owner and operator of "a Chinese laundry," just doing what you have to do and waiting for a later reward. This does not prevent you from having fun at other times or in other ways, like "children blowing soap bubbles." Life's sheer enchantment is ours to appreciate if we open ourselves to it.  

Sometimes the moon's square with Venus indicates attraction or seduction which goes nowhere but is titillating while it lasts. "A woman is charming snakes, one of which is entwined around her neck." She braves dangers to get control of others' feelings or passions, and may succeed, but poisoned love or disabling jealousy could be a result. However, we are at "a houseboat party," so much may be forgiven. This is creative relaxation in a pleasant pocket of life, adventure evoking congeniality.

P. S. As for the "three mounds of knowledge on a philosopher's head," here is something about the philosophy of Charles Sanders Peirce, considered the founder of American pragmatism, which he called pragmaticism to distinguish it from the philosophies of James and Dewey: 

Merely to say that Peirce was extremely fond of placing things into groups of three, of trichotomies, and of triadic relations, would fail miserably to do justice to the overwhelming obtrusiveness in his philosophy of the number three. Indeed, he made the most fundamental categories of all “things” of any sort whatsoever the categories of “Firstness,” “Secondness,” and “Thirdness,” and he often described “things” as being “firsts” or “seconds” or “thirds.” For example, with regard to the trichotomy “possibility,” “actuality,” and “necessity,” possibility he called a first, actuality he called a second, and necessity he called a third. Again: quality was a first, fact was a second, and habit (or rule or law) was a third. Again: entity was a first, relation was a second, and representation was a third. Again: rheme (by which Peirce meant a relation of arbitrary adicity or arity) was a first, proposition was a second, and argument was a third. The list goes on and on.
