It is true that some days can seem "bummers" even outside of the |Karmic third| of each week. As I write on Tuesday, it feels, so far, like a bummer to me, and I have to resort to some cabalistic flim-flammery to account for it. There is such a thing as the Tarot Calendar (discovered by Cosmic Piper, of course) and according to it Tuesday was a 13 day and also a 16 day (13 plus 3, the number of the month). These in the Tarot are perhaps the two most difficult cards. I do not usually use this system in the daily reports and yet I have watched it for decades and find it meaningful. But I do not like to burden you with more than you can handle; already there may be too much. The 13-16 day, Death and the Lightning-Struck Tower, fit the "firing" of Rex Tillerson by Trump, and the ensuing drop in the stock market. I myself am hoping, with the aid of this knowledge, to turn the day around. Wednesday is a 14 day which is nice, the Angel of Guidance, and in March it is also a 17 day, The Star, signifying renewed hope. 17 also is the card of Aquarius wherein the moon happens to sail.
In the daily chart we have Mars beginning to be in a bi-septile aspect with Venus. This is not bad, in fact it could be thrilling or stimulating in terms of mutual attractions whether other-sex or same-sex. It should be a relief from these two having been in a harsh square in the month since February 10.

Despite some rather passive indications, two of the symbols have the keyword Victory, so let us bank on that. Spring is just around the corner.

The symbols and their interpretation are intended to apply basically during the hours from dawn to midnight. Often a planet will move from one degree to another during the day, so I use a time near mid-afternoon for all of them, so that they shall be exactly right during most, often all, of the daylight hours. The period from midnight to dawn could partake of the nature of either day or both.
