\Spring Sprung into Strength /
Moon in Taurus
A strong man standing, dressed in skins, or heavy, loose, and coarse material--the shoulders almost bare. In his hand he bears a club. The figure suggests a Hercules. Sustains much labor. Performs great acts with force of character and endurance rather than goodness or purity. Aggressive, passionate and quarrelsome. Equipped for the practical struggle of life. Strength and Passion. b
A lofty building, with nave and massive pillars on each hand. Capable of appreciating the sublime in architecture. imbued with feelings of veneration for the sacred or antique. c
A man ploughing in the midst of a boundless plain. Individuality and originality. Wants to be first; jealous of rivals. Not an agreeable companion. c
Three stained-glass windows, one damaged by bombardment. Commemoration. s
Crowds coming down the mountain to listen to one man. Appeal. s
An empty hammock. Rumination. s
A man and woman standing hand in hand, looking with affection towards each other. Amiable and pleasant, desiring peace and concord. Meets success through a female friend. Amity. b
The first and third symbols are suggestive of what has been going on in the U. S. Presidential arena in the past few days. The Dark Hermetic Epoch (March 9 through May 2 is bringing out the dark or let's say almost feral side of Donald Trump. I have some strange sympathy with him, because the endless Mueller investigation does have aspects of a "witch hunt" as I feel it, and yet Trump probably deserves whatever it may throw up at him. So who is the hero here? No one feels very noble, I think. The crowds coming to "listen to one man" are, in Trump's case, not listening in veneration but in amazement and shock much of the time. But I am not interested in spouting political opinions; Trump's case is so unusual that it is almost beyond politics. One of the symbols for Monday (while I am writing) was "Two men trying to hold a mad bull with ropes" and that seems to be both Republicans and Democrats trying to rope in Trump's tweet war against Mueller, and on and on.
Spring has sprung (as of 9:17a PT | 12:17p ET), and the two "strong men" in the symbols, one even a Hercules, could be ourselves as we regrasp and appreciate our particular intentions, missions, or projects.
Of course my favorite symbol here is the last. It could have some reality in our lives, with Luna exalted in Taurus and forming good aspects, while Venus forms a lovely biquintile aspect with Jupiter. Being with someone special, whatever the complexities, might be rewarding.

The symbols and their interpretation are intended to apply basically during the hours from dawn to midnight. Often a planet will move from one degree to another during the day, so I use a time near mid-afternoon for all of them, so that they shall be exactly right during most, often all, of the daylight hours. The period from midnight to dawn could partake of the nature of either day or both.
