We are in a Bright Hermetic Epoch until November 15, yet today there are challenges. The Via Combusta is a time of doubt, usually, or suspicion. Are you on the right track? Is someone apparently challenging you really a threat? It's a bumpy road with disagreements as the speed bumps. Because of the BHE, you will be able to triumph over these things if you are patient and composed.
Venus, Mars and Mercury all opposed to Neptune is an interesting configuration. At worst, degeneration into overdrinking or overdrugging. A little better, escapism into TV, movies, or other vacuous entertainments. Better than that, escape into those same things but they have an uplifting tone to them and serve to uplift your mood, as good fiction or film (or music) can do. So if you choose entertainment wisely you could get something both euphoric and soul-nourishing from it. At an even higher level, Neptune can be the planet of spiritual search and spiritual finding, through deep reading, prayer, and meditation. Of course that requires faith to kick-start the process.
Signor Borelli offers this: "A man standing, either headless or with the head shrouded in black cloth." He says that can be someone eccentric, a lover of midnight studies, a recluse. That goes along with what was said above. But it does not have to end in chaos or confusion.
There is strength of will, but strong animal passions. You want something from friend or partner requiring hard convincing, or the other way around. There is fog and darkness on one hand, light and sunshine on the other. You want the truth and will not accept any substitute. Eventually your head comes out of the shroud.
Fortunately there are "Two angels bringing protection." Why two, I leave you to surmise or sense during the day. Solid pure convictions summon angels. "A boy molded in his mother's aspiration for him" suggests willing conformity to the best in family traditions. This could be protection from the chaos of the Via Combusta.
Four planets in Virgo give us the ability to study, think, and discover on a sound basis. There could be industrious research and investigation. You are hopeful about finding answers, and when you do they could be fruitful ones. Virgo is the harvest sign.
