The tension we feel has to do with Mars square Jupiter. This has been gong on for more than a week at a fairly tight orb and shall continue, but the peak of it is yesterday, today and tomorrow. C E O Carter, in his major book on the aspects, said it might be the most difficult aspect of all (also the opposition between these two). I did not believe that when I first read it but it has a tendency to bring out anger or disagreement in a big way, and then people sometimes become accident-prone. Controlling temper or temperament is important. (Note to Donald Trump, who has been a victim of this aspect, albeit a willing one.)
"A man in his shirt sleeves turning a big wheel" shows that we feel we are on a treadmill, perhaps, and yet this wheel he is turning has a powerful effect on the world for good, so it is very important that he (we) keep at it.
"Two men playing cards together" pictures Venus's smooth aspects to Pluto and Neptune, suggesting sheer amusement or pleasure, chance and change in good spirits. There is a protective influence for those pure; innocent at heart.
Antiques or relics might interest you, or something which brings up "the good old days" in your consciousness.
Study or research connected with work or finance has to be thorough and then it removes mystery through detailed exploration. Executives may not have easy lives but have their perks.
Charubel warns of obsession by spirits whose intentions are not of the best. If feeling restless, you might consider if this applies to you--the restlessness could impel you into something hurtful. There is a desire for experimentation, which is all right unless irresponsible.
Putting this together, I get a suggestive image of someone exploring a ghost town, once a mining town, impelled toward dangers but enjoying the adventure. Relics are found in an old wayside inn or tavern.
There is a humane undercurrent, a desire to share with all of humanity or with the interesting segment of it available. This can be socially, for pleasure (as in "playing cards") as well as through work, turning that wheel that has to keep turning if we are to fulfill our destinies.
